The young man my sister and I spoke with was probably the most knowledgeable regarding TV's I have ever met. My sister was in need of a new TV and his help was unmeasurable. In closing, let me say that I have never had an unpleasant experience at Best Buy.

Associates weren't busy, so I got quick service. Not that I wouldn't have otherwise. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the specific product I was looking for (Apple watch) and got the one I wanted. He explained the Apple Care plan, which I purchased since the watch is a Christmas gift. All in all, it was a good experience. At 75 years old, I still appreciate good service!

Great work on my car stereo! Gary is an exceptional audio guy. If you need car audio or electronic work I would recommend this location and if you get Gary I can guarantee you will be happy. He goes above and beyond!

Friendly people. The right amount of customer service. I'm one of those people who usually don't like to be bothered, but I clearly was trying to make a decision on something, so someone came and asked if I needed help. this time, I did. Proceeded to answer questions best they could and helped me figure out a solution. Keep up the good work.

I came in for a laptop and I was informed the laptop I chosen was outdated and 3 years old. I should go with the brand new model for such and such reasons. I agreed and bought the 1 year best buy membership cause it was cheaper than the laptop warranty with more benefits. I love the laptop. It's so nice. It's a surface studio 2. I got the new pen with it as well amd it's just a dream to use. I am still learning but if you want a good laptop, the surface studio 2 is awesome. I got approved for a credit card and got the laptop for no interest for 2 years at 125 a month. A great deal if you ask me. Hope this helps someone else make a choice on what laptop they want.

Very helpful staff. They are also very knowledgeable. They tried to up sell me as I'm sure it is their job, but it was very soft. One no and done. I have not shopped here in a long time, but I will be back as it was a very good experience.

We ordered a stove and a refrigerator from the strip location the day after Christmas. We were helped by Cody (who was phenomenal!) he told us both appliances would be here on the same day. We got the stove that day but not the fridge. The customer service was great through the whole thing! We ended up having to pick out a different fridge because the original one we got was on back order. During the entire process of the first fridge fiasco Cody was in contact with us and did everything he could to get us a fridge quicker. We opted to wait and just get pick out a different one. We got the new fridge today and are so happy with it! If anyone needs any type of appliance please just go to Cody at the strip location. He was wonderful and I can’t say enough nice things about his customer service. Thank you Cody!

I was in a bit of a hurry but the store is clearly marked and well stocked so i was in and out quickly. the gal who rang me out was polite and super knowledgeable when I asked her a couple of questions about my gadget.

Walked in, told them what I wanted, they showed me some options, and they carried my new TV out to my car in about 15 minutes. Great service and I love my new TV.

I was greeted at the door and pointed in the direction I needed to go. On my way I was stopped twice by employees checking to see if I needed help. An employee showed me a discounted item I could purchase instead of the one i was going to buy. I bought it and had to exchange it. There was no hassle. It was a weird process, but pretty easy. Very satisfied.

Went in, got the help I needed, picked a range, a washer and dryer, received a disabled veteran discount, paid and left feeling like I was and important customer

They did not have what I wanted so they told me I could order it and it can be at my house in two days so I did it and this great because it gives me time to clean and get a space ready

went there for a certain t.v but sadly one was not in stock but it was Christmas eve so ill cut some slack lol ended up having to pay a lil more then planned only gripe was I had to carry a 55in t.v in the box from the back of the store clear out to my truck no worker offered to take it out

I ordered some extensive home theater products and had TotalTech install everything for me. Several Sonos products, AppleTv, and Samsung Tv’s. Everything was installed professional manner, setup and adjusted for my situation and had a very great experience.

Would highly recommend buying the TotalTech for $200 as it would have been much much more expensive to install/set up than that!!!

One busy store, even when people purchase electronics on line. Plenty of inventory and support staff. Always have been a great store.

Went to purchase a new laptop and Devin assisted us. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Love the new laptop and am glad he was able to recommend a laptop that would fit my needs!

I had the best experience with BB’s curbside pickup. It was the quickest and easiest thing I’ve ever done (while purchasing electronics) and quite frankly I was surprised! The experience was made even better by the gentleman that met me at the curbside, he was so polite and helpful!

I had a dishwasher delivered by Jose and Jairo, not only were they able to navigate a tight driveway, they were friendly, punctual to their time given to me when they called me as their next stop, and they even put the wheels on for me. These 2 men gave you the 5 stars. Your product not so much. I will be calling the store to hopefully resolve that issue.
