Excellent and easy to deal with when removing and installing my new kitchen cabinets that were damaged as well as mold that I had no idea was there.

Servpro of Tarzana was amazing. I would highly recommend them. We had a huge leak from the rain that went from our roof from the second floor, all the way down to our first floor. They came immediately and were very efficient, clean, and responsive and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would use them again if I ever had any issues with my home. From the office staff to the workers in the home they were always on time and answered any questions or concerns we had. I am grateful for their service, during a very stressful time.

Serve Pro was professional and very organized. They showed up on time and did very clean work. They put up plastic coverings to make sure dust did not go everywhere and they cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. As someone who suffers with allergies, I really appreciated this. Our garage burned down. There was a huge mess. Marisol Rodriguez and her crew came to clean out the debris and power wash the driveway and the remains of the garage. Then they boarded up the garage. Marisol and her team did a wonderful job. They cleaned everything up after they finished. Marisol was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

They went above and beyond to ensure the thorough resolution and clearance of the mold situation in my home and they are quick and efficient.

Raul, Nima, and Robert did a fantastic job! They were incredibly nice and answered all my questions, as well as thorough in their work. They were on-time with each visit, too. I couldn’t recommend them more. While experiencing a sewage flood from upstairs is never a pleasant experience, they made a bad situation much better.

Form the beginning they were very responsive, efficient and open with the process. Servpro team came out to my house with water damage remediation. They were fantastic. Water damage in your home can be very stressful and overwhelming. Used Servepro as requested by insurance company after we had a fire within the wall behind fireplace. Fire department did their job and left a mess.
Nima, Matt, and Marisol came today and did their cleanup & prep. They were professional, courteous, quick and thorough. Marisol will return tomorrow with her crew to do a HEPA cleaning. Happy with the entire servepro team so far including roofer Manny wrapping the damaged chimney before the rain, and Keith the mitigation manager.

I am very satisfied with the work of Servopro. Geovanny, Keith and Matt arrived on time and were very knowledgeable in assessing our damage. restoration work was started on the same day. The guys tried to do everything and minimize the inconvenience brought to us.

ServPro was hired by our insurance company after we discovered a leak under house upon returning from a 10 day vacation. The leak was repaired and then ServPro went to work. They were professional, accommodating, efficient, friendly and communicated well, explaining what they were doing each step of the way. They dealt with our concerns. Particularly helpful were Matthew, Marisol and Kacey. Even the boss, Brandon, showed up and did some significant hands on, delicate, work! We could not be more pleased!
