Robert Read was outstanding in his service today. He was so professional, friendly, and engaging. He made the whole experience very easy

The barista who serviced me, Elizabeth, was breathe of fresh air. So friendly and what a memory because I went back later for another cup and she remembered my name and wasn’t even serving me. She’s awesome!

It is amazing how much business this location does and how well the staff works. Appreciate the service. And has beautiful views to the Malibu mountains from the wide open windows. And fun to watch people and look at the never ending car show.

Nice interior and quick service. Tables have built in powermats. One of the best Starbucks in the area imo.

Great place to hang out. Parking can be tricky at times. But there is a free EV charging station right at the corner. Very convenient.

This place deals with a lot. There are homeless running around, rich people, car nuts and everything in between in Malibu.

The area has gone under a bit of a war with the local car community. They meet here every Sunday and take over the parking lot.

This doesn't affect the Starbucks in a negative way. They are good at getting people in and out. Andy is a barista genius. He anticipates the crowds and is ready to go when it gets busy.

I order espresso and they always have it ready when I pay. Then I step outside and tell some homeless guy I don't have cash. Thats the only bummer is that the homeless are just there. Then there's the regular traffic from the surrounding areas.

This Starbucks is holding strong, even with 4 competing coffee shops nearby! Malibu loves its coffee!!

If you go here on a weekend you might see Jay Leno or Jerry Seinfeld. Maybe. Hope you like.

For once, a barista who knows how to present a cup of coffee. She lined up the seam on sleeve with the seem on the cup, and to top it all off, she put the opening of the lid opposite the seems! No leakage when you drink! Don’t trust the lid! When you are driving at night, and you grip the cup, you can feel the seem with your finger tip know you are good to go! Saturday, June 1 @ 8:45pm. Was there on a winter weekday afternoon so there wasn't a crowd. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Holy cow! It was packed on a crisp winter pch afternoon! This green haired goddess blessed our presences working so hard! Literally a line out the door of customers and she pushed through maintaining a positive attitude despite rude customers yelling at her. This girl gave an amazing Starbucks experience thanks to everyone. Go Angela! She deserves a raise!

This is a nicely run Starbucks. They were friendly and my vanilla bead Frappuccino was made just right. I was able to redeem my points for a free Frappuccino. A nice perk and very easy to transact

Service was great but they don’t have any outlets. I was working on my laptop while having some coffee and some snacks and it died.
