Amazon Fresh

The shop is very clean and the grocery is fresh and of very good quality. The checkout is a bit tricky because one has to find the in-store code in the Amazon app. After several visits I now get used to it. The people at the customer service desk are not as friendly and trained as they should be. They simply claimed that the 2 Dollar code is not applicable to alcohol free beer, which is not true. The 2 Dollars were regularly deducted at the main cashier.

While I’ve only been in here to process Amazon returns - the other day I did a pickup grocery order. They were fast, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Not to mention my order was ready HOURS before it was supposed to be - which worked out great!!! :) I’ll be returning!

Everything here is AMAZING AT A GREAT PRICE. Ever since this spot opened it has been my #1 spot for groceries and EVEN DINNER. I’ll continue updating this review everytime I try something new, but for now I will beg you to try their sushi for dinner sometime! So delicious, made fresh, and a great price!! Every-time I go, I see the sushi chefs creating different types of sushi for the store! It’s great to be able to watch the food be cooked and added to the shelves before your eyes! I’ve always been sensitive about raw fish and feeling like it’s been left out all day…but at Amazon, it seems like it’s made that day and left out for minutes before customers grab it up!

I would say that this relatively new store deserves 4.6 to 4.8-stars.

I noticed how much effort was put into a "Hassle-free" shopping experience - - and it shows. This particular store is kind of like the opposite of Costco:
A. Smaller qty packaging
B. No membership required
C. Small parking lot
D. Well staffed with employees EVERYWHERE to answer questions.
Apparently about 20% of the employees in this store are picking out orders for their "delivery" customer-base. The staff is quite young. But they appear not as much like the burned-out Costco employees you probably encountered before. Hopefully this location will not furlough more than 1/2 of this HUGE Opening staff after the holiday season. There is a healthy balance to be struck.
The "user agreement" on the Amazon Shopping-cart is exhaustively long & detailed (who is patient enough to even read it all?) so no, that little vehicle is not really a Shopping-cart - - more like they are loaning you a mobile/rolling PC Jambed full of sensors and tech. Not my thing, especially when I'm just going into a Food store for 5 or 6 quick items.

this is our favorite Amazon Fresh store. It's always clean and organized. everyone is always helpful when I have any questions. also, being a prime member, you can't beat the deals and prices.

Grand Re-Opening was a success. Store has been reorganized and many more food selections. Saved quite some change with discounts.

Had a self checkout experience. I got a butterball turkey for 49 cents a pound. I already roasted and made sandwiches. It was yummy. They have a Krispy Kreme at the woodland hills location. Yum yum.

Was the first time here. Beautiful produce section. Think the deli is a little expensive. Thou check the add for deals; really wanted the garlic or French bread at the bakery. They have a full dive meat & seafood dept as well.

Think of this as a much larger whole foods and without all the organic stuff. This store literally has every brand of food you can think of and it's cheap!!!

This is the first place i tried to buy veggies and fruit that belongs to Amazon. It is amazing place. People are so friendly and helpful. Many things to buy

The future of grocery shopping has arrived. Had some initial issues with the smart cart but after getting a new one everything went smooth. Prices are decent and staff is helpful.

Didn't realize that this place was as cheap as it was, I thought the o ly place to get good deals on. good was at Walmart grocery. I was incorrect. I will going here more often.

First time we have been shopping in-store, got home and liked what we got and at great pricing.

I live nearby and this is my go-to grocery store. Shopping here is super convenient and easy. Every employee I've encountered has been polite and helpful too, going above and beyond. Plus, if you're an Amazon Prime member, you receive additional savings on your purchase!

I love the fact that I can shop there and make Amazon returns on the same trip. Saves so much time.

Excellent place for buying on Amazon as a 2nd place for pick up.. Then.. If there's an issue.. You can send it right back ..For free just as you received it from there that instant...

Great prices. Weekly specials. People there to ring up and bag your groceries. Fresh roasted chickens. Fresh pizza slices. Great beer prices. Generally, a much better store than Ralph's.

Very nice shopping experience. Prices are comparable with the major chains, but the sales are outstanding, especially if you have an Amazon Prime membership. Pizza at the Deli counter is pretty good too.

I took my 3 year old here on a weekday morning and it was not crowded at all. They have sanitizer and wipes throughout the store. They also have arrows and markings on the floor telling you which direction you're allowed to walk in down the aisles and signs to remind you to stay 6 feet apart and wipe down the scales in the produce department.

They have small shopping carts for children to use and fruits and many children's snacks are at a level suitable for little ones to reach. They had fresh produce and flowers. You can get even $5 flowers although the $10 and $15 flowers are well worth the price too.

The staff was friendly and polite. Staff members greeted us throughout the store and not just at the door. It was a great experience for us.
