My fiancée and I had a good experience at this Target location. We were shopping inside the mall and my fiancée needed some things from Target so we visited this location. The store is nicely organized and now they have security at the entrance now, I guess because of all those smash & grab happening. We mostly stayed on the 1st floor and were able to find what we wanted. The employees are friendly and can answer your questions if you have any. They also have 4 self checkout station, it might be an issue if they are really busy. They also have their own parking structure if you're solely here for only Target. We wore out mask inside the store but not sure if it's mandatory since the city is starting to ease up on it.

Great Shopping experience, all decorations are available. Inventory running low at night. Empty spaces. Still good Selections. Stocking stuffers are So festive!

Great environment and clean store with easy to find items. Friendly employees too.

Picked up some furniture for my apartment and lots of this basketful of small knickknacks as souvenirs for family and friends back in my home country.
I did self check out assisted by a very nice Philippine lady; Josephine.
She was very helpful and went above and beyond when one of the furniture did not have the price tag, she helped me with finding ways for me to get it.

Store was fully stocked and service was exceptional. Buzzed for assistance & she was there within seconds.

This specific Target location at Topanga Mall meets my expectations each and every time. Having a bunch of my essentials locked up kinda worried me, but both times that I have needed things from the locked cases the target employees have arrived so fast to unlock them for me! I usually buy a whole cart full of groceries, so it’s easier for me if a cashier helps ring me up rather than self checkout. Can I just say what a delight Pam is! I appreciate cashiers that still greet the customer and finish making my target trip so enjoyable. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees at Topanga Target. I truly believe it’s them that make this Target stand out over my neighborhood Target. I’m willing to travel to this location just for the courteous employees.

Clean store with active and very ferndley employees. They had everything I needed. And the cashiers are working very quickly.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been anywhere and had such a great customer service experience. Management at Target at the Topanga Mall need to know they have a gem in James. I don’t know his last name but he put a smile on my face today when I needed it and he clearly enjoys his job. It was a great thing to see. Thank you James if you ever see this!

Target in Topanga Canyon Blvd is my favorite store. At first I like this store for Saba, because she helps me and other person every time. She is literally the best employee. One of the greatest. Thank you Saba. You are so polite, patient and chill, kind, confident and dignified.

On the other hand, I like Target because I buy everything and anything here. This target is great everything is neatly in the shelves. Great service as well. The staff is always nice and parking is never an issue.

Kevin wow! Let’s talk about customer service he is by far the best description of what a customer should experience. I went over the busiest season for sure and yet he handle every customer at his best and no one was left unhappy. This has become my best Target to come shop.

I came into this store and was lost because not only did I know it was inside the mall, but once I realized where I was before I could even ask for help your employee Jacques in Topanga helped me so much and went above and beyond. What such a great asset to have in your store and company. Very polite and treats people how they should be treated.
You don't find to often that customer service is supposed to be a happy experience because of all of the mean and disrespectful people that are around and in customer service so thank you and keep up the good work Jacques!

This store is always organized and they never run out of groceries. I shop there for my son also who loves their snacks.

Great items better prices. Love the clearance section great toddler and kid products. Also love the clearance bins that are usually placed near the entrance. Found some great flash cards there for my toddle of many selections. Love it! One of my favorite sections to pass through first.
