By far the best customer service in an adult shopping setting I’ve found. Staff is so open and receptive to helping you find and fulfill whatever desires led you through the doors in the first place. Very knowledgeable and courteous customer service, store is clean and offers a lot of variety to help fit any lifestyle.

Came to visit from NY. Left my MOD at home. Bought a Prince by Smok for $75 which is $40 in NY. Whatever on vacation. The box was opened. Didn't inspect it like I should have. Got home and the coil was yellow. The fill gasket was yellow. Brought it back and told the owner. She refers me to the manual and tells me the company offers a 3 month warranty! I'm like it was opened in your store. You opened the box, sold it to me, and now I have to eat the cost for the coil and gasket? No refund. No discount. No apology. Was going to spend alot of money there, now I have to find a store that actually values their customers. Thanks for being a jerk!

Well I'm not even sure what to say or do. I was in Newport on businessand decided to stop at amazings to get some massage oil I needed.imagine my surprise to discover an oil I was paying $8.95 for it other than amazing stores, only to pay $15 here. It would appear everything is double in price. Not coming here ever again 😒.
