I have seen Dr. Olson and Dr. Small over the past few years at this office for check ups and some crown repairs. I highly recommend this group. Christie is a great hygienist and always has interesting stories about their family RV adventures in the desert. We did not have dental insurance coverage for about a year and they do assist with discounting and a payment plan. My spouse also uses this office and he is happy with everyone there.

Always had good experiences. Happy, friendly and conscientious staff. Never felt pressured to have unnecessary treatment.

The best dental team and office staff I have ever gone to. I avoided the dentist for years, but this office is a pleasure to visit- Liz at the front desk handles my insurance and keeps my whole family on track with visits and cleanings. I trust Dr Koett and Dr Olson to take great care of our teeth. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dr. Small and his assistant are truly excellent!! I had three fillings replaced yesterday with zero pain. They are very thoughtful, kind, considerate with the highest professional standards and skills!

Friendly, clean, honest team! Front desk is all smiles and the back office is great. Dr.Olsen and Dr.Koett are honest and truly care about their patients.

I broke a tooth recently on a Saturday. My dentist, Dr. Megan Olson, got me into her office early Monday morning. She evaluated the break and explained my options. When I opted for an implant, she fitted me for a flipper and glued my tooth temporarily. I could not ask for better care from a dentist.

This is the best dental office I've been to. Both Dr. Koett and Dr. Olson are excellent. Their hygienist Ilene is great! I cannot say enough positive things. Thank you!

The doctors are great and no complain about that. My complain is about their staff and how they deal with insurance and billing.
My experience was very unfortunate and I felt stabbed in the back.
The doctor suggested me to do a crown, even that that tooth wasn't bothering me, but trusting on their experience I decided to do it.
So, before the procedure, I asked their staff to pre-approve everything with my insurance and tell me how much I would have to pay out o my pocket.
A few days later They gave me an Invoice of $980. In everything that I do I always ask if they have checked with insurance because no one likes surprises. They said everything was ok and I paid that in full on the day of the procedure.
So, after the procedure, they sent me an invoice of about $690 saying that was my balance.
I flipped because how there is a balance of almost 50% more than the initial invoice. They said that was an estimate. Wow, they are pretty bad on estimating things. Also, I called my insurance and they said the office never called them to get a pre-determination so they could have an exactly amount I should have to pay. So, it seems that when I asked them if they have checked with my insurance, they never did.
I have been arguing with them that is not right and they still want to charge me the balance.
As a patient/client the least they should have done was to assume the mistake of not having called the insurance and cover the balance. But no, seems they didnt care much .
So, again, their doctors are great but the way the stafff deal with my case was not honest and their solution was making this balance in monthly payments only. It is sad or a business not accept their mistake and charge on clients for that.
