Restoration Plus

We worked with Daniel Roys at Restoration Plus for a recent bathroom remodel and could not be happier. His team is incredible and our bathroom looks amazing. From the beginning, Daniel provided us with a very detailed and thorough bid for the project - far and beyond the other bids we received from other companies.This was our first home renovation, so we contacted a number of Contractors before finding Daniel. If you are considering working with Restoration Plus, just do it. We are so happy we went with them.

Some things that made Daniel and his team so great to work with:
- Daniel is incredibly communicative via text or phone calls and always provides updates on the project, keeping it on time and clear.
- They work with the best craftsmen. From tile to plumbing and electrical, Daniel works with skilled and reliable craftsmen who do not cut any corners. Incredibly detailed work.
- Daniel’s team, Hik and Harrison, were amazing to work with. Kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions through the process. They kept the job site clean every day after work which was so appreciated (vacuuming and tidying up)
- We have an old house with complicated walls, and Daniel was very creative in his solutioning to achieve the medicine cabinets and window configuration we desired. Further, he made suggestions that we might not have considered which ended up being so helpful in the final design.

5 stars for Daniel and Restoration Plus. If we have another project in our house, we will absolutely use them again.

I worked with this company for a main bathroom remodel and was so impressed with their work, we are now doing flooring for the entire house. Branham was an incredibly responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. The bathroom had mold, unknown open electrical wires behind the drywall, and pipes that needed replacing. None of it was an issue for RP and everything was addressed and finished properly. I was very specific on what I wanted and they met my every request. Not only am I already starting another project with them but I would 1000% recommend them to my family and friends. Great job RP! Still waiting for a couple parts from where I ordered the fixtures but will post photos when project is complete.

We had the best experience with Daniel and Branham. They were very flexible with our situation of having a newborn, and all the design changes I sent their way. They were detail oriented, and punctual which I appreciated being a new mom. They also stayed within their timeline, giving us a beautiful result. I can't believe this is our home!

We recently remodeled our kitchen, which was the 4th kitchen remodel we have done over the years (in 4 different homes.) This firm is reliable, responsive, and professional. They are excellent. This is the first time we had a contractor actually keep their word and finish a project on time and within budget. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend. I can’t say enough good things about Restoration Plus, but I’ll give it a shot. I recently had a water pipe leak in my bathroom and Restoration Plus performed both the remediation and repair work. First and foremost, everyone I worked with- Branham, Dan, Hick- were all incredibly professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They made a very difficult and stressful situation so much easier to handle. On top of that- all work was very high quality and completed very quickly.

We contracted with Restoration Plus, owner Daniel Roys, for our 3-phase (upstairs, downstairs, exterior) remodel of our home over the last 2 1/2 years. My wife and I could not be happier that we chose Daniel and Restoration Plus from start to finish. Daniel, besides being just a great guy, is dependable, thorough, honest (a biggie), knowledgeable, quality oriented, follows up to make things right, very helpful with design, and is reasonably priced. He has a great group of subcontractors that he works with. Our house turned out fabulous, beyond our expectations. So, if you are looking for a contractor, trust me, look no further, and give Restoration Plus and Daniel a call.

Branham with his team of Hick, Daniel and Dave responded very quickly (next day) to assess our fireplace fungal invasion. The work was started immediately to remove and rebuild our fireplace. All of the timing for each step of the work was met as promised. The work flow and its quality were described ahead of time and were completed exactly as expected. The clarity of communication with Branham, the project manager, was exceptional. We felt confident throughout and at ease with each phase. We are very pleased with the result. With these few changes, this area of our house has become more useful for us.

I give the highest review score to Restoration Plus (RP) and its owner Daniel Roys. We had a slow leak from the dishwasher which buckled the hardwood floors. Restoration Plus cleaned that up and handled the repair work. My confidence in RP led to a future project that upgraded and updated my 30 year old kitchen. All workers were excellent, on time and did amazing work. It came in under budget and in fewer weeks than expected. Top honors to Daniel!!!

I hired Restoration Plus for a client's home that suffered water damage. Daniel Roys, one of the owners of the company, was incredible from beginning to end. They came to the property the same day as the call and the owner of the home absolutely loved Daniel and his whole team. Daniel and his crew were thorough, detailed, and they always let you know every step of the process. When our dishwasher leaked, causing major damage to our island cabinetry, we were very nervous about having contractors work in our beautiful home! We did a lot research on restoration companies, and wanted to make sure we chose the right company that wouldn't make more problems than what we currently had. We are so thankful we chose Restoration Plus!
Granham was a pleasure to work with! His crew came into our home and very meticulously removed our damaged kitchen cabinets caused by the flood. I am a neat freak and they were very careful to cover the floors, existing cabinets, etc...while they worked. Everyone was very professional and courteous. We would have had Restoration Plus rebuild our kitchen cabinetry if it wasn't for the fact that we have custom cabinets very difficult to match, and so we needed to have the same manufacturer make the cabinets located in Orange County,. Our existing island granite needs to be removed before the new cabinetry is installed, and we plan on having them remove our existing granite because we were so happy with their work. The subcontractors Restoration Plus recommended for the dry wall repair and plumbing were also very professional, courteous, and did a great job!
Restoration Plus has rebuilt (pardon the pun) my faith that they're are still companies out there that take pride in their work and are professional!

Branham and his team helped us through an extensive water leak that caused very significant damage to our walls and floors. The value wasn’t just in the mitigation/repair work they did (which was thorough, professional and expeditious), but also the advice and guidance they provided at every step of the project. The communication was clear and prompt and the time and effort spent to make sure we were making the best decisions was immensely helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

This is a family owned business that you will like and trust to take great care of your home! We have had Daniel and his team on quite a few water restoration projects. My house had a slab leak that flooded the entire house. Daniel came as soon as I called him, completed his estimate, and sent it to my insurance the next day. His promptness and ability to work with the insurance estimator to address all my claims was truly outstanding. He represents and looks out for the interests of his clients in everything he does.
He also was very considerate and courteous in dealing with my tenant in scheduling the work within the requested time frame. My calls and e-mails to him were always returned promptly. Daniel and his team did an excellent job on restoring the house, with all damage from the flooding completely gone. I would strongly recommend Daniel and his team for any type of restoration or remodeling work.

I don't believe five stars is enough to acknowledge the amazing work done by Renovation Plus, and in particular for the customer service and supervision provided by Daniel Roys. We bought a home that needed a lot (LOT!) of tlc, and we had a lot of difficulties finding the right team to start work on our house. We were so lucky to find Daniel and his team. Throughout the whole project, from the planning stages and through several estimates, all the way through the completion of the project, they exhibited a level of professionalism, competence, and honesty that really surpassed all of our expectations. Not only that but we were renting an apartment while the work was being done so Daniel and his team completed the work ahead of schedule, within budget, and with remarkable attention to detail and quality. Every step of the way we felt confident with the project and how it was going. We've never been so happy with renovation work done on our home.

Several projects remain for our house, and we will absolutely be using the services of Restoration Plus for all of them including a full kitchen and three bathroom renovations (plus exterior renos - don't tell my husband!). We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the team. We had a pipe leak and a dryer vent that broke all in the same week. Branham and his team were very responsive and clear in the scope of the work. They fixed the drywall, found a dryer vent specialist, painted and replaced baseboards, and removed and replaced appliances all in a few days. They provided quality work for a fair price and we are very pleased.

I have used Restoration Plus for two different water damage claims. I was very happy with the results on both occasions. They were there quickly, were very professional and worked neatly. They also do the entire job including all of the repair work. I am an insurance agent who sells homeowners insurance and when a customer calls me to report a claim and ask for my advice I always tell them to hang up and call Restoration Plus - then call me back.

Excellent Bathroom Remodel:
Restoration Plus and their subcontractors provided start-to-finish repair and installation services for a bathroom remodel, which included demoing the old bathroom and replacing water damaged wood; new electrical; new plumbing; building of the new shower area including hot tar treatment; all new tiling for shower and floors; installation of new cabinetry; new custom cut and prepared granite surfaces for the vanity top, the shower entry, and the lovely half-round shower stool seat; installation of ceiling and vanity lighting; installation of a heater/fan with exhaust; installation of two huge vanity mirrors inset in walls; installation of vessel sinks, faucets and shower rain and two sprays; painting of three colors; installation of towel racks, and clean up.

Almost all of the work was performed by either their own employees or subcontracted or installed by their recommended company.

The bathroom design was created by myself on an inexpensive 3D program (hundreds of design iterations). Fortunately, I had RP’s suggestions to improve my design, such as the addition of a pony wall and shower shelf ideas. I selected and purchased many of the components such as cabinetry, tiles, vessel sinks, faucets, and towel racks.

Up front, Restoration Plus provided a detailed estimate/contract, which helped greatly in budgeting, planning and scheduling. When I first reviewed the estimate, I was concerned that some line items seemed too high in cost. But as the project developed and I could see the justification due to the effort required.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work performed and the final result. We liked the Restoration Plus crew and the subcontractors. So much so that we had a number of other items done around our home, including electrical, plumbing and painting.

We love the new bathroom! It is beautiful!

Restoration Plus' number is in my phone. They are my go-to company. I have a rental unit that shuts down it's water monthly when one of the units needs to do a repair. My tenant left the bathroom sink on after discovering there was a "Water Down" and no water was available when she brushed her teeth. She left for work and when the water came on, she was not there. The water overflowed the sink and continued to flow until the neighbor below her noticed water coming out of their ceiling!!! By the time the water was shut off, my unit the hall on our floor and the unit below were soaked. The laminate floor of the unit below was ruined, the bathroom in our unit was a mess. Restoration Plus to the rescue!

Daniel from Restoration Plus came ready to go. He knew what to do and went to work. He immediately started to dry out the areas on both floors, measured with his special tool the moisture content of the walls and carpet to assess where the damage was and nicely and calmly reassured us it would be okay.

Daniel Saved us a ton of time and money by not cutting out the walls. He used much less invasive techniques allowing my (uninsured) tenant to have a minimized cost as a result.

The professionalism, speedy response, expertise and value that Restoration Plus, Daniel, Branham and their crew brought to our emergency and subsequent clean-up, dry out and restoration was as good as it gets. You cannot go wrong with Restoration Plus.
