We LOVE this Lowe's location! We recently purchased a home in Arden and drive all the way to this location because the customer service is simply outstanding and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. We have made multiple trips and have received fantastic service every single time. Huge thanks to Kyle for all the help with ordering appliances and figuring out why the washer we wanted wasn't in stock, Pete for answering our numerous questions about different projects we have and helping us figure out everything we need to buy, and Diane for the great checkout experience and wonderful conversation.

I really like this Lowe's. They usually have a pretty good amount of stock in-store. When I've shipped to-store, items usually come in within the stated timeframe. The store is very clean and organized. There usually aren't cashiers, so you usually have to self-check out or customer service. They make keys here besides the DIY machine. Lots of parking. Big gardening section.

Lowe's consistently proves to be our go-to destination for home improvement needs. The store's extensive range of products and knowledgeable staff make it a one-stop-shop for any renovation project. This was a very helpful Lowe's trip, weekday quiet left ample time for staff to help me feel confident with my purchase and plans.

Also never set foot in a home depot if you believe in human rights for all people

Rick (from the pro department) helped me with my roofing project. Everyone I spoke to at Lowe's was fantastic. Rick in particular was very knowledgeable and super helpful with all my novice questions about my re-roofing project. I recommend working with him because he really went the extra mile to help me with all the aspects of my project- finding me similar products when the one I wanted was out of stock. He even gave me recommendations when Lowe's didn't have someone who did install. Thanks Rick and West Sacramento Lowe's!

Have been looking at new lighting online and really struggled to order what would work for our kitchen. Finally went in-store and Todd helped us select the right items for what we wanted. Thanks Todd….I was completely lost!

Helpful, friendly staff. Easy to navigate even without the app. Very clean location.

It was quiet had lots of stuff bought some white paint and primer 5 gallon $126 with tax

Employees here are very helpful. I came in for one thing, hardware to hang my new canvas. At least 4 employees helped me (not at the same time lol) I wasn't sure which hanging supplies to get.

I also stumbled upon a clearance item at this store. It was beautiful and marked at least 80% off. They were out of it which made me sad but I'm glad that I found a new item from there that I will hopefully get to buy one day.

Favorite plant clearance store of all time!!!

2 house plants @ $2 each and a compact cypress tree @ $13.50.

Shout out to Kobalt and Lowe's for honoring their lifetime warranty on a shovel I bought years ago. Took in my old broken handle and guy told me to grab a new one and a quick scan and I was good to go. I appreciate them standing behind their products.

I want to commend Addis in the Paint Department, who greeted me instantly with an excellent presentation of customer service and hospitality. She looked up the product I was shopping for, then directed me to the aisle where it was stocked. Thanks for a great shopping experience Addis!

They seem to have a better selection and sometimes better quality wood than Home Depot. Got all that we needed to shiplap one wall in the bathroom. Also great service and advice from the tool department.

Always clean, friendly help, plenty of parking, rarely busy. The only draw back is there's not a lot of Lowes near where I live and it feels like bizarro home depot.

Replacing our bathroom door after the dog chewed through the bottom was not in budget but it had to be done. With the super help of Kurt, all of our questions had answers, and our little DIY project came out awesome! It took more than a few trips back to Lowe’s for the correct parts and tools and extra pieces, but BIG THANKS TO KURT AND MATT you guys are soooo helpful. Id rate this store’s customer service 100!

The staff was very friendly and helpful ... In every department we were asked if we were finding everything ok. Highly recommend. We also found the very small toilet for our Victorian restoration project.

Lowe’s has everything you would need for your house, from cleaning supplies to home appliances. They also have plants and planting materials. Workers are nice and helpful.

More then once I have been taken care of by this Lowe's. I don't always shop here but every time I do it's with confidence. Big shout out to Aaron on this visit and every other worker during previous ones. Happy to make the trip out of my way when lowes REGULARLY has something in stock that Home Depot does not! For example fridges, special lumber, hand tools, and soo much more. Thanks again Aron and all of the other amazing employees that work here!
