My visit to the location was nice I was able to easily locate what I needed and even picked up a couple other things that were priced perfect!

Overall it was a nice visit the staff was nice and helpful much appreciated!

I took my return to the customer service window - no waiting - was greeted by a pleasant, smiling person who processed my return and I was on my way in less than a minute :)

I went here with a list of items that was confusing I usually go to the other big store in West Sacramento and the service is not good however I approached an associate ask asked for assistance but another associate that was of duty helped me find everything I was looking for now that’s what I call customer service if this employee reads this tell him I said thank you I don’t my daughters shopping list is confusing and he really helped me out a lot and every time I’ve came it’s been the same they will stop working and help you instead of ignoring you

Target in West Sacramento is a friendly place to shop for everything I need. The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is organized and clean.

As always, clean and organized. Friendlier staff and NOT EVERYTHING IS BEHIND A LOCKED CAGE!

Target is one of my favorite store. The way they display their products, the cleanness and diversity of the products. Return policy is super clear and easy. This days not so many store keep the quality, prices and customer service at the same good level👍

This target has incredible drive-up staff. They’re always quick and friendly, seriously you cannot beat that experience. Inside the store, it’s very clean and recently renovated, which is nice. This target also has a grocery section, which often has good deals and cheaper alternatives to the nearby grocery store (also great).

The shoppers and delivery personnel are always extremely nice, professional, friendly and efficient. I LOVE Target's drive up pick up! This time was no different. The delivery lady did an excellent job. And the shopper got exactly what I ordered (except for the item out of stock). They always do.

Easy to find what items I needed and they were on sale.

This is by far my favorite Target in the Sacramento area. It's nestled down off Jefferson boulevard in the city of West Sacramento and has been open for about 10 years now. It was recently remodeled about 2 to 3 years ago. They have a very large beauty and makeup area. It's very clean and fairly stocked, given inflation and the pandemic. Even on the busiest days, it's not that bad, including Black Friday. It's a nice community and most of the staff who work here either live in the city or have been here for years. They also have a Starbucks and a CVS pharmacy indoors. They also have a full grocery area as well and a well stocked alcohol aisle.

This is the cleaned, nicest, and well stocked Target in the area. We love that we can do all our shopping here and limit trips. All the employees were helpful while exercising social distance.

But the real reason I’m writing this review: BILL what an amazing employee you are truly lucky to have him; he was friendly, fun and brighten our day.

Today (11/4/21) I was being checked out by an employee and I believe her name was Megan. It was the most pleasant interaction I have ever had at a target. She was very personable and kind, I was shocked to find out that today was her first day on the job!! She killed it and they need more employees like her.

I appreciate the selection of items I was looking for and a great self check that had quick assistance to turn in my coupons promptly. I enjoy the convenience of picking up a prescription at the same time with an excellent pharmacy consult. I know a good consult as I am an RN of 30 years who does advice, he deserves a great review. I know not every visit is excellent, but is always above average when compared to most other Target locations.
