Cloud 9

I went in for 2 reasons. First, I needed vape juice badly. Selection of brands and flavors was well above average and nicely organized. Second I've been frustrated by what I've been using with coils burning out too fast and some other small issues.

The guy working was super helpful and took the time to hear me out and make recommendations based on what I told him. For the first time in a very long time I felt like I could make an informed decision and that I wasn't being just pushed into something. His customer service was outstanding and he never made me feel rushed or feel bad for still being unsure of some things. I walked out with a new ROM 4 and a new bottle of juice that he managed to open for me so I could pour in the necessary nic salts.

I HIGHLY recommend this place for sure and look forward to visiting again for all my vaping needs.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and super nice. He took the time to help me figure out whats best for my vapeing needs while also attending to other customers. That's no easy thing to do when your in customer service and I will defintly be coming back !

Friendly neighborhood shop with a fairly decent selection of vape flavors ( way more than anyone else in this part of west sac)

The kids who work here have good knowledge of the products and are eager to give their own recommendations since they use and test a lot of products.

Ask about what deals they have going on and you might be able to scoop something they’re having trouble moving off the shelf on the low.

Not everything in life is negotiable but it never hurts to ask

cload 9 is my favorite local smoke shop. Moby is the best, great with customer service and excellent product knowledge. Love too stop by just to say hello.

I went in to buy some juice the customer service was incredible the guy (wish I would have caught his name) was really attentive and super cool! Also the place was hella clean! Cloud9 definitely gained a customer today!

Amazing customer service. I purchased a Dr. Dabber switch and upon getting it home it was defective. The awesome staff at cloud 9 had it replaced in 2 days. Also was in the market for a new mod and tank, told them what I was looking for and they recommended a drag 2 mod and mesh pro tank, they nailed it. Exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable staff.

I went in to the shop to buy my first ever vape juice.. E liquid.. Whatever its called. As soon as I walked in the store was clean and brightly lit. The sales person was fast and attentive with my purchase. I didn't know what flavor I wanted between 2 and he pointed me in the right direction.

Staff was super helpful and even offered to sign me up for the rewards program.

The selection of popular flavors were great. They had 2 of the ones I had been looking for. Even some harder to find stuff.

I normally order everything online bit this is right down the street from my work and the staff and selection are amazing. I definitely will be returning here any time I need any products for my vape!

Literally spent an hour and a half just talking with staff. Not held against my will. Lol. They were really nice and have decent prices on juice. You may be able to find a better deal somewhere else but you will not find the same customer service. Not only that I've been looking for one specific mech mod for the past six months and finally found it with them. Highly recommend this place to any of my vaping friends.

Just got my special edition Project Sub Ohm box mod. LOVED IT. Anyone who wants a special order at no extra cost. Best juice and vape selction in Sacramento. Wont go anywhere else anymore.

Can't say enough great things about Cloud 9. Noor is amazing and so are all the other employees. If you are looking for a great deal on vape sets or juices this is the place to go.

Fully stocked, pricey but worth it. Clean as hell, friendly, professional. You don't have the dirt bag vibe here. Good for smokers!
