Our agent, Renny Van Zee, kept us informed with detailed spreadsheets of offers and helpful timelines for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She was a great negotiator and super thorough! We loved working with her because she took such great care of us. She anticipated our needs, such as including extra time to move from our home and even small things like selecting a home warranty that included rekeying the new house.
