This location is very nice and spacious inside. Everyone was happy with their drinks and food.

The lemonade pineapple refresher tastes like a pineapple screamed in my face then punched me.

I'm really not a Starbucks person in general but found myself here and I must say I forgot much I appreciate the policy of remaking your drink no questions asked if it's not to taste. I know other places try to replicate this but it's never quite as effective.

We had a great experience this morning... Even though they were very busy, the gal that took our order was incredibly friendly! She apologized for being out of several breakfast items, but recommended a substitute that we loved! Lyric was super sweet, welcoming and happy! So nice to see people who genuinely love their job! Lyric is an employee who ames a difference

I’m impressed the staff was able to move that many orders that quickly. Considering the number of people that roll through here it was really quite amazing.

I really like this location. The baristas are sweet and considerate, and more than happy to customize your drink. Ive been here innumerable times and only had 1 bad experience, but the barista in question doesn’t even work there anymore so now it’s all good, everytime. These gals fly through their line very quickly considering how many cars there usually are, and how understaffed most places are. I appreciate the workers alot.

Got of the dozens of times I've gone here I think I had one bad experience. The worker was ready to leave and something possessed him to take my order. I was trying a new drink and it took more than a minute to order. He rudely powered through and we got mostly what we wanted. But that's it. Service is normally quick and delightful, and my custom drink is always delicious

So to start off, I was having a very difficult day when I got here. When i arrived I told the baristas that today was difficult. I told them "hey, surprise me with a drink. Have fun with it! As long as its a cold drink and a venti I will be happy" and OH MY GOSH did they deliver! They made me such a wonderful beverage and someone who worked there paid for it. I was so touched by this experience. The staff here are so kind and sweet. It absolutely made my day turn around! Also to whomever is reading this review you should get the drink they made me. It is the perfect combination of flavors ☺💖 thank you so much Starbucks on Main! Stay as wonderful as you are!

My barcode wasn’t working for a $5 coupon to Starbucks so one of the ladies paid for my drink!! So beyond sweet & generous! I didn’t get her name but she had a rainbow mask on. I didn’t have cash to tip her so I’m going back later to do so. Please go there & make sure to tip them!! They are constantly busy & deserve it! Thank you for such a great experience!

I love the starbucks team in Bozeman! These are seriously awesome and hard workers and continue to stay upbeat through uncertain times when people need a dose of coffee AND kindness. They are great! I’ve had one order scrambled and she was very apologetic and kind and made it better!

A friendly FYI: the hours listed on the google page indicate a 2AM closing time???? Please note: this is inaccurate. I verified: this store closes at 9PM. Thank you!!!!

This location seems to be a busy location. Sometimes takes 20-30 minutes to get thru the drive thru in the morning. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks I ordered were great. The building looked great and the building was clean. Sometimes the drive thru gets out of control and has like 10-15 cars in line.

Line was long but kept moving at a good pace. Baristas were super sweet and fast moving. Drinks were great!

Made the best drinks I've had, when they didn't have an ingredient for my drink, they suggested something that blew my taste buds away (caramel crunch frappe, extra caramel, extra crunch, substitute crunch for praline crunch) and changed my drink choice forever.

Went here yesterday with my friend and the drive through girl was SO SWEET. My friend wanted to try a half matcha half chai drink and she helped my friend through it and gave her reccomendations for what would taste best. Then, we get to the window and she tells us the drink is on the house! Thats dope?! She made conversation with us and was so so so nice! Then whoever made the drink came over and was also so nice to us too! Not to mention the drink was straight fire... hahaha! It was a good moment.

Quick and friemdly service. I apreciate the energy of employees even on weekdays being located across the highschool.

Much better location than the one on 19th! There is not as much traffic running through this part of town, so the drive-thru lines are not nearly as bad (but can still get long during rush hour times). However, there is a lot more accessible parking at this location because the drive-thru doesn't block the entrance. Their in-store service is very friendly and always fast than waiting in the drive-thru (because everyone is always in that line!), which really begs the question, why is everyone in that line to begin with?

I still laugh about the time through the drive thru this summer I asked which tea the barista liked. He said "black" then an another barista piped in "I like the white" and then a 3rd came on and said "The green is the best for sure." I picked white tea but then got to the window with all 3 different types waiting for me (charged me for one of course). So funny, and sweet and made my next two afternoons (I put the tea in the fridge). They obvious have a good co-worker dynamic going on.
