Great !awsome! Left a message on thanksgiving holiday, robin called me back on her dayoff and said bring her in tomorrow we'll fit you in. After visit feeling like I was listened to and was given the best advise on what I need to do next going forward! Calmed my anxiety over my fur baby

They are so wonderful here. I have a super anxious cat and she doesn’t react well to anything out of her norm. Was worried about taking her, especially with a drop off, but they handled it so well. They must be cat whisperers or something because she was so happy after. Just so much care and thought put into the visit and I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

I love how they deal with animals and people! They are kind, courteous, and affordable.

Very good place to take your pets. We have been taking our 2 huskies (Hemi and Ferrari) here for a few years now. All of the staff are always very good with the both of them. They treat ours like they would their own. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our Hemi, Dr. Drake and Robin both did everything they could to make this as comfortable as possible for us and him. We appreciate all you guys have done for us.

I bring both of my babies here for all of their vet needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff are amazing and they take great care of my dogs!

Dr. Drake and her team are the absolute best. You can tell they love their profession, and it shows by the way they treat their customers, both human and animal. Would highly recommend making Paws and Claws your primary care providers for the pets.

First of all, I have know the owner for over 30 years. She and her staff are amazing! Robin has always made sure my animals had the best care as she does all of her clients. Sweet receptionist and Dr Drake is the best!
As far as Tyquitas review... smh. Your post is uncalled for. Women with class don’t act like you.

They are wounderful people and care about you and your pet. I was going to another vet for over 10 years and it was just a money pit. They did the same service for my pet at half the cost and my aggravation. Victoria, is wounderful vet. Treats your pet like family. You feel at welcomed from the minute you walk in from the receptionist, or Robin or Victoria, bless these people for being there.

My cat burned himself by jumping on the hot glass-top stove as I removed a pot of boiling pasta water. He initially saw the emergency vet in Richmond but needed follow-up care, obviously. As I was new to the area, I tried one vet that turned out to be a nightmare, all about the money and not about my cat. After our 3rd visit in 10 days, I looked for a second opinion and learned that Paws & Claws offered home visits, which is just what I wanted for my cat after all the trauma he had been through. Dr. Drake and her vet tech were amazing! They clearly love animals. They took time to get to know my cat before unwrapping his bandages and examining him. Dr. Drake was very thorough and honest about what she was seeing and estimated recovery time. The previous vet I had gone to wanted my cat to be bandaged and continue coming in for check-ups every two days for the next 4-6 weeks, whereas Dr. Drake said there was no need for a follow-up at all, he was almost completely healed, just a few more days of Fura-Zone and he should be fine. My cat now has his primary care physician and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Drake called a couple days later to check on my cat's progress and make sure I had the chance to ask any follow-up questions. Nina, the woman with whom I spoke on the phone when I called to make the appointment, was extremely kind and professional, as well. Overall wonderful experience with Paws & Claws!

Absolutely love this place took great care of my puppy for ger first shots and deworming as well as check up. This will be the 3rd dog my family has taken here and will not be switching vets.

Our Echo dog loves Dr. Drake and her whole crew. They are very attentive and checked in on her after she was having some digestive issues.

First time visit for my dog and cat. Staff very friendly and young lady at the front desk was awesome with getting paperwork done and checking us out after the visit.
