I had to make a last minute order for our crew working in Petersburg, and the store manager Hunter went above and beyond my expectations. He provided the best service experience I've had at a Sherwin Williams. He was quick while thorough, kind, efficient, and even PERSONALLY delivered my order to our job site since trucks were no longer going out that day. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Hunter!

Customer service is always wonderful. Employees provide advice when questioned and also on their own. They suggest products that are favorites or tried and true. They even sometimes carry heavy boxes of paint to the car for you. Each time I've visited, I've never been rushed. Great location and great service!

I've done some considerably expensive purchases at this location of Sherwin-Williams and have been pleased with everything; the staff is friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable about products. John has been particularly helpful although I am comfortable with any staff assisting me.
I will continue to choose this paint store over any others in my area.

Staff are very friendly and are able to help you narrow down color choices with their knowledge of paint colors, hues, and undertones as well as how they react in various lighting conditions.
