Walmart Pharmacy

A heavy black female just left my building. I have only gone outside once to take out my trash. I think she entered my condo looking for my medicine. You will know her if she approaches your pharmacy demanding to get my prescription.
Please report her to police. I didn't give her permission to enter my condo. And I don't discuss my meds with anyone. I think she wants my meds for racial reasons. Because she's darker and because I'm light.

I think the lady who assisted me was named Shameka and she was incredible friendly and pleasant. Due to transferring a prescription I had to call first before picking up. She was the same in person as she was on the phone. It has been years since a pharmacy experience has been so pleasant and she deserves recognition for sure. The other pharmacy tech there was also very nice to deal with. Great experience, so way to go ladies!

The new staff go above and beyond to help you get your medication! They actually care! I owe them all lunch! Thank you guys!

Everyone was nice and helpful and wonderful besides whoever the girl was at the drop off desk with the nasty attitude. I couldn’t hear her as I am partially deaf and she was speaking through a mask and a window and I understand being frustrated with having to repeat yourself (one time, mind you) but treating patients like this is unacceptable. She has also been rude to me every other time I’ve been here too. Not sure what the issue is.

Scammers standing on every corner around Walmart is out of control.

Never had a prescription filled on time here. Every time they tell me to wait another 20-25 minutes and then often it's still not ready. The first few times I thought was a fluke but now, for a simple prescription, I'm done.

Do not use this pharmacy! I have a very young toddler and did not want to expose him to this virus by bringing him into Walmart to pick up a prescription. I went to curbside pick up, called and was told it would be about 5 to 10 minutes before someone came out. After 15 minutes I called back and was told they are too busy and they are not sure when they could get to me, and better to come inside. When I went in, there was absolutely NO line!! This completely defeats the purpose of curbside pick up. Not the first time I have had an issue with Walmart Pharmacy. Several times in the past I was texted to let me know my prescription was ready. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes to an hour!

The pharmacy here is terrible. The pharmacist at this store is so rude. Hates her job. Is miserable to staff and customers. These people are miserable. Drive a little farther and go to College Drive Walmart. Miserable Miserable people.

The worst. Gave me the run around for a week trying to fill my daughter's prescription. Made two trips to pick-up the prescription and neither time I received the medication. They said they would order it and have it ready for me two days later. When I went to pick it up, they said they couldn't release the prescription because they needed verification from the doctor and had been trying to reach the doctor. I called the doctor and they said they did not have any record of the pharmacy trying to contact them. The nurse called right away. The nurse called me and said that she confirmed the prescription and it would be ready the next morning. Went to the pharmacy the second time and they said they didn't have the drug and would need to order it. Arrghhhhh! Thank God it wasn't a life and death medication. I feel sorry for people that only have Walmart as an option. My child has been without medication for a week because of this. I took the prescription from them and will NEVER use them. A week of my time wasted with ZERO communication from Walmart. Go to Drug Center where the pharmacists actually know you.

The pharmacists are very nice . A couple of the techs are nice . One of them in particular has a HORRIBLE attitude ! The girl with the extremely long, obviously fake eye lashes , needs to be told that costumer service involves not having a HUGE attitude and perhaps occasionally smiling . I go there at least once a month sometimes twice for the last year . Her unpleasantness has been since day one !

What a disappointment! You would think that during this time of Covid and shelter in place, that a pharmacy would be more accommodating to a person new to the area for only two months. Forming a relationship with a new doctor in times like this takes time.

The staff is so unprofessional. They give the incorrect medications. I'm switching to CVS pharmacy. Even doe it's a little more I'll take better customer service over a lower price on my medication.
