I had a great experience with David and his team! I called around 8pm after a hairdryer tripped the breaker to the back rooms of the house and our attempts to reset it failed. David attempted to talk me through the issue over the phone and even offered to take a look at our panel if I sent him a photo of it (which I forgot to do and he probably would have diagnosed it that night if I'd remembered). Even though they already had a busy schedule, I was able to get an appointment the next day (way better than the next week another place tried to offer). Thankfully it was a very quick fix and the team was super polite and professional when at the house. Ideally I won't need another visit from an electrician anytime soon but if I do, I'll be call Zap Electric.

Hired David @ ZAP based on recommendations from others in my community. He was fantastic! Came in and zip-zip-zip took care of all the little things I needed done. I even added two additional tasks, which he completed to perfection. Very happy with his work, professionalism and pricing. Will definitely use again should we require electrical services.

David and his crew were especially professional. They were quick to respond & show up to our home. Our issue was diagnosed and fixed in under 45 minutes. It was our second time using Zap and we highly recommend if you want a prompt response and a professional job done right.

David is professional and service oriented. Our power went out at about 9:00 pm on a weeknight. David was at the house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, identifying the issue was with the power company. He called customer service for me and explained the issue; the power company came that night to fix the problem. The price was beyond reasonable, and he even requested an update the next morning. If you need prompt and reliable service, I cannot recommend Zap Electric enough.

Highly highly recommend! He was able to come out the same day to fix an issue (that we had 3 other electricians come out to look at) in 2 hours. He and his team were polite, professional and efficient. Plus, his price was VERY reasonable for the service provided. We will be giving him a call if we have any other electrical issues in the future and will be recommending Zap to our friends and neighbors.

David was incredibly professional and really fast. He knows his craft and is a true industrial professional. He has helped us solve problems we didn’t know we had. His prices are incredibly fair and his speed is definitely better than any contractor I’ve worked with. You always need a good electrician in your back pocket and David is the one to have. I almost don’t want to share how great he is so he doesn’t get too busy for us! 😂
