This worse customer service l ever dealt with. The staff at the Amelia location is very unfriendly. This my second time at this location and still couldn't get anyone to assist me. l went to the drive thru Monday and they were closed although they were suppose to open. Today no teller was at the window and no customer inside either. l called to complain to the bank manager and she was so unapologetic and had excuses on why no one could assist me. Well let's just l will not be going to this bank anymore. I should've just close my accounts and bank somewhere else that will appreciate my business.

Very disappointed with lack of loyalty to regular customers. Not helpful at all with taking care of my regular paycheck that I had been bringing in for several years now. We have switched to the branch in Blackstone, no problems there.

Very disappointed in the customer service of a hometown bank. A local business needed change and they would not help them out because "they did not get their shipment of money in today and had to save what they had for their customers." Granted, I did call at the end of the day. Not sure how many customers would have gone without, with a shipment coming tomorrow.

I’ve went in there maybe 20 times and they still ask for my name, the mobile banking app is slow as a turtle in hibernation, and the branch manager is rude as the devil

They always snarl at me when I walk in and I’ve been missing money from my account

this Must be a training store because everyone there acts like it’s the first day on the job

I would much rather go to another bank the only plus is this one is cheaper
