Outstanding staff! I have stayed at the LARK several times now and every time the staff goes above and beyond what any other hotel has to offer. Each day we found ourselves "Hanging out" with the front desk and valet staff, talking and joking around, all while they gave excellent recommendations to local restaurants and shops within walking distance to visit. And none of the recommendations disappointed! Located in the heart of downtown, the location is second to none. Easily walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and shops. Each morning the Valet had our vehicle ready well ahead of time. In the evenings we roasted smores at the outdoor fire and had hot coco. In the mornings the Treeline coffee in the lobby was delicious and the convenience of having a coffee shop located on the first floor of the second building made each morning a relaxing and fun start to the day by sitting on the couches and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh baked good. They also offer complimentary light snacks in the morning with your coffee to start the day. The rooms are very clean and updated and the beds are very comfortable. I will only stay at the LARK when i visit Bozeman. It is truly much more than just a standard hotel.

Could not say enough nice things about this hotel, the staff and our experience here. They texted before we arrived to see if we needed any special accommodations and to see when we will be arriving and although that seems small, it meant a lot and it’s not done often. Waking up to views of the snow falling and being able to walk downstairs to the coffee shop was magic. And the coffee is delicious on top of it. 😋 The check in process was seamless and the different maps they have are fun to look at. Truly forever one (or my most) favorite hotel experience we have had to date.

First off - Chris and Lindsey are beyond amazing! They are welcoming and create such a great environment. The west king room was perfect. As always, the room was clean and modern. In the morning, expect a great cup of coffee and a nice breakfast of oatmeal and other snacks. Ps - you cannot beat the bathroom and a great shower. I highly recommend : )

Rooms are comfy but a little small if you’re used to bigger chain/corp hotels. Beyond that, this is a great place. Location is perfect for walking into downtown. The staff were delightful. They have snacks out at all times, coffee & tea for breakfast, and lots of refreshments. Also, the soaps they have smell great!

Service was awesome, I loved that they had a fire to sit by outside. The wall paper in the rooms was very cool showing stats on local ski hills. Pendleton blankets were a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

The LARK is the sister property to the Wren in Missoula and I loved this property almost as much! The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the on-site coffee shop is a nice touch. Perfect for a longer stay exploring the region or just a simple overnight.

What an incredibly friendly hotel. They kept in touch with me before check in and gave great recommendations for hiking and microbreweries. Super pet friendly: dog bowels, blankets, treats!! Fire pit at night was lovely. Fantastic location. For those who posted too expensive you get what you pay for!! Thanks to Lindsey for outstanding customer service during stay and Goldie for pre check in texts!!

We stayed here while skiing Bridger Bowl and visiting Yellowstone. The rooms are comfy and the location is excellent for shopping and dining in Bozeman.

Under-rated!! Not 3 stars at all.
I travel a lot and this hotel is similar to the Aloft (NJ). Clean, roomy, comfortable, great staff, technologically modern. Large, modern bathroom and bedroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Large shower. Great Malin & Goetz soaps/shampoos. Valet parking. Comfy bathrobes, many outlets. Free coffee/water/tea/sparkling water. I can recommend.

Excellent customer service. It's a little bit more expensive than what you will find for outskirts of the location is fantastic and service was impeccable. Note they offer valet but I was able to easily find street parking just behind hotel once you get across the one of the street

I’ve photographed numerous brides and grooms who got ready for their wedding day at The Lark Bozeman Hotel. It’s a lovely place. The bright rooms offer beautiful light for getting ready photos. Being in the heart of downtown Bozeman, there are numerous spots in and around the hotel for creative bridal portraits with your wedding photographer before you head off to your wedding venue. The modern hotel has beautiful layout and design that promises not only a comfortable stay for your big weekend, but also a wonderful staging ground for you and your wedding guests to prepare. I love every opportunity I get to photograph my wedding clients here. I highly recommend it!

Location is perfect for walking to many of the fun hot spots - including the downtown live music events! Comfy room with a great view, but I would have liked more space on the nightstands - very minor complaint. I appreciated the extended desk area and used that quite a bit. Great shower and water pressure without trying too hard with waterfall/rain features that are pretty useless but seem to be trendy. Really appreciated just having a good shower. Extremely friendly front desk folks with good coffee. I actually thought the valet/parking situation was rather smart - I liked that you didn't have to exit the car on the street but could park and take your time before handing in the keys for the night. Definitely look forward to the Walla Walla and upcoming Boise spots. Wonderful experience!

Absolutely spectacular. I attended a conference in Butte in May and opted to fly in/stay in Bozeman. The Lark came highly recommended, and did not dissapoint. I stayed in the Main Street King room (room 40), and I knew what I was getting into. You should know- this is right on main street, you will hear street noise. However, what I didn't expect was the lengths that this staff goes to in order to make guests feel comfortable.

Let's start before I even left. I booked directly with the hotel, and so they had my cell number. 24 hours prior to departure they asked if I needed anything via text. I sent a message back inquiring about early check-in and they would try to accomodate.

Upon arrival around noon, I approached the Lobby. Whomever the nice staff on duty (there were 3 of them in the lobby) on May 19th deserve bonuses. Not only did they go out of their way to immediately check and make sure the room was ready early and inspected, but they knew exactly how to make proper small talk while a customer waits (the woman at check in had family born in Pennsylvania, if that helps getting her a bonus!) They were able to get me in early.

The custom touches didn't stop there. Earplugs, a white noise machine, your own momento field guide, housekeeping notes and butterscotches made this experience great. I spent the evening on May 20th watching a busy Main Street from the small balcony- you don't need TV even their fast, complimentary wifi when you stay at The Lark.

You should know-
1) Valet parking, the garage about 4 blocks away is $5 per 12 hours if you're willing to walk. Otherwise I watched the valet run back and forth quickly to help cars.

2) If you're hungry for a late night bite, the surrounding areas close somewhat earlier than I was used to. You may need to drive

3) The room I was in had a small mini fridge. If you want your own Coke Zero or Sprite Zero (I had trouble finding this for some reason in Bozeman) there is a Wal Mart on 7 avenue.

4) Room 40 (Main Street King) has the ability to be an adjourning room with the one right next to it, I'd contact the facility if bringing more than 2 people and desiring the same experience I have.

Overall, great stay, well done, you made my first Montana adventure amazing!

If you visit Bozeman, MT The Lark hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It’s located within walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars on Main Street.
The staff is friendly and helpful and they keep you apprised of your reservation leading up to your stay. Our room was spacious, welcoming (just missing a mini fridge), comfortable and the bathroom was huge compared to most hotel rooms. Highly recommend The Lark and Bozeman!

The lark makes a great first impression as a clean agreeable modern hotel. Check in was a nice experience and everyone was very helpful. The room was nice. They do seem to be aware of their biggest problem which is noise. It was easy to hear the room above us and at night on a Saturday it seemed we were near a drag strip. However the lark had a nice sound machine in the room and also offered earplugs. If you can sleep with earplugs the noise is no big deal. Otherwise the hotel has a very nice location.

This place is ultra modern and very cool. The rooms were fresh and clean to the nth degree. The customer service by the staff is truly outstanding... Much better than any Hilton I've ever stayed at. The location in downtown Bozeman is perfect to several restaurants and pubs. I can't say enough about this place... We're headed to Yellowstone today... But we'll be coming back for a second stay so we can fly out of the airport the next morning. They provide an outstanding personal touch and even left us a warm greeting / note in the room upon check-in.

This was a really nice place and completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and rather contemporary in every sense. I was completely surprised by the quality of the bedding. The sheets felt like 1000 thread count. One gripe, We were charged $15 per parking space. I would expect that the parking space would be included in the Room rental, Wouldn't you?
