I had to get a tooth replaced and Dr. Mortenson was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make it affordable for me. Just a pleasant dental experience all around!

I brought my 96-year-old mother into Dr Lyons to get a full set of false teeth replaced. I can't say enough good about this doctor! He did an incredible job with impossible odds. He did it in a timely manner due to our situation, even coming in on his own time and making sure that everybody involved got it done in record time. His assistants were over the top wonderful also. Dr. Mortenson and his crew run a wonderful dental practice. Today, Dr. Mortenson completed putting in a crown and he did a great job. During my earlier appointment, he focused on my comfort level as he prepped me for the temporary cap. Today, getting my permanent crown was a breeze. Bozeman Dental does a great job. I had a painful chipped tooth and they squeezed me for the next day after I called. I really appreciate their flexibility. Dr. Mortenson is very capable and quick. He has a delightful sense of humor that helps keep things moving and painless. He keeps up with new techniques and procedures so he knows what he is doing. I feel immensely fortunate to have found my way to Bozeman Dental Associates. The front office staff is friendly & helpful, the hygienists are personable and capable, and the dentists are superb.

I have been seen both by Dr. Lyons and Dr. Mortenson. They are both great, but I am especially appreciative of Dr. Mortenson. He is deeply experienced, has a fine & dry sense of humor, and does brilliant work (most recently, restoring a laminate I had lost with a truly artful touch).

Had a great experience getting a crown done with Dr. M. I had a lot of anxiety and he really made it quick and near pain-free. Even with the numbing he was great and worked so quickly avoiding a root canal in he process! The most painful part was holding the bite wings for x rays and the molds. I read many reviews and I'm so glad I decided on them for my dental care. I had switched from an office in Belgrade and really feel confident in my choice.

Dr. Mortenson, Cameo and the whole staff are wonderful. I got a same day appointment that I desperately needed. They got me in and took care of me like I'd been a patient there forever and it was my first time. They are all so friendly, supportive and fun! I will be coming back and my whole family will be going there too! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist or a change in one. Dean is hands down one of the best!!! Even in his own office compared to the other dentist he is the best. I've had my teeth worked on for years by him and he always dose the best he can to make me comfortable and make the process pain free. Ive never felt over charged and never had issues with the work done and I can trust that of I did have issues that I could come back in and he would fix it. 😁😁😁😁😁

I'm fairly new to Bozeman Dental Associates, and everyone there has been excellent, helpful, and friendly, each time I've visited. During one of my first visits, it was determined that I actually needed a root canal and crown, and they were able to accomplish all of that during the same visit. Thanks to their finding the true issue with that tooth, they resolved pain I'd been experiencing, and had complained to previous dentists about, for years! I am very pleased with the care I receive at BDA, and will happily refer others at every opportunity. Thanks to all of you!

I have been going to Dr. Mortenson for 20 years. I simply love him! He's a great dentist, always cheerful, very funny and he does great work. His staff is excellent too. They are friendly and very professional and the services are affordable.

Yes...5 stars. I can’t see it any other way. These guys have been really great to work with through all kinds of dental adventures with our four kids over the last 12 years. The office is nice and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Mortensen is a professional who is very good at what he does and the hygienist team members are always a pleasure. Amazing! Cleaning went really well and smooth and had a filing for a cavity filled that has given me issues before. I’ve had dentists before start drilling after one shot of numbing and I felt everything but here, they made sure I didn’t feel anything before starting. Phenomenal work! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

I had a broken tooth pulled by Dr. Mortenson a couple weeks ago and he was extremely friendly and amazing office staff. Everyone was so friendly and the whole process just went smooth. Going to the dentist is never fun but these guys made it very easy. My mouth healed within a couple of days and now I am pain free. His assistant was also amazing. Thanks Lacy!!

I've been going to Bozeman Dental Associates for 6 years - Dr. Lyons and Dr. Mortenson are fantastic. I had an unexpected needed crown recently and Dr. Mortenson got it fixed that day. Very quick and easy. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.

Update: I've since moved from Montana, but the new dentist I've been seeing told me the crown I have is one of the best he's ever seen and asked who did it. Really great work!

Let’s start by saying I am a complete coward when it comes to dental work.... Dr. Mortenson has never failed to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He did my front top row of veneers 6 years ago and I still get complements! He is my dental hero and I love his sense of humor which always makes me feel more at ease. His assistant, Meaghan is the bomb as well and the front office is always professional and kind. They definitely take the headache out of the insurance and payment process! Not only were the Bozeman Dental team able to get me in on a urgent basis within two days but their customer service was on point and I always felt welcomed. Being from out of state I didn’t know who to trust but in this case I chose right thank you Bozeman Dental for helping me save my vaca!

Dr. Mortenson and team are the best!! I'm always super nervous to go to the dentist and he totally put me at ease, we even joked back and forth with each other.
