Tom drafted our family trust document in 2006 and recently did a major revision and update. Our experience with him was nothing but good. He seems very knowledgeable in the area of wills and estate law. On both occasions he met with us initially, took notes, answered questions, made some recommendations. When the documents were ready (couple weeks) we met again, reviewed the revisions and signed and notarized. He did everything he said he was going to do. We are quite happy with the finished product, and his fees are reasonable. If he hasn’t retired by the time we need another update, we will certainly be back.

We were referred to Tom thru a CPA in Livingston to address issues that had developed during a drawn-out lawsuit against us. At our initial briefing, Tom identified a solution to the problem, verified statutes and laws that supported his recommendations, and outlined a path to resolving the issues which had plagued us for years, and which our previous attorney had never suggested. In short order the problem was behind us and we are able to move on with the matter completely resolved. Thank you, Tom.

Tom was incredible to work with. We had put off making a Will for too long and he answered all our questions, was reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Stusek Law Firm.

Stay away, the guy is not truthful and gets upset with his clients, plus overcharges on his legal fees at a 1000 percent.
