Just had to come back 5yrs later and say that we are still happy patients of the Perez Dental group! This office is the best, they know every single patient by name! My daughter was 12 when we started going to Dr Perez, she is now a senior in high school and is going to college in the fall, and guess what she’s studying to become!! Yep, you guessed it.. a dentist …and I’m sure her experiences visiting the Perez Dental Group is to thank for that! We love you guys!

I love love love My Dentist. Like most people I was petrified of the thought of a Demtist but after becoming patients of Dr. Perez my daughter and I feel confident when going for our appointments. The Hygienist are polite and very professional and we just Love Ms Elizabeth the receptionist, as well as Ms. Judy and of course our Dentist Dr Perez! When we found out my daughter needed braces, we weren’t sure that our insurance would cover them with Dr Perez and thought we might have to be referred to the othro in the building next door. We were devastated we didn’t want to have to put our trust in someone new, but Ms Judy came back and assured us that they could do the work there in the office and we didn’t have to go else where! 3 months in and My baby loves her braces!! Thanks Dr.Perez and staff!

Thank you! Thank you! The wonderful feeling I got when I walked in the door was unprecedented. I called a couple of hours before they closed with a dental emergency and serious pain. Judy was a godsend. She told me to come right in. The treatment I experienced with Dr. Perez and his assistant was the best I have ever had in a dental practice. They calmed me down, fixed my problem and made me feel like I was part of their family. I want to thank everyone at Dr. Perez's office from the bottom of my heart. This is what every dental practice should strive for. Put people first! And that y'all did. I recommend Dr. Perez and his practice to anyone that wants to be treated with sensitivity, professionalism, and respect. I have found a new Dental practice. I don't fear the dentist anymore. Thank you Dr. Perez. You are truly the best dentist I have ever been to. I appreciate you and your office staff tremendously!

After looking for a dentist for months that was close to home, worked with my insurance and had great reviews, I finally found them. My husband and I went in, our experience has been wonderful. Both son and father, Dr. Perez , are awesome. They don't charge you for things they know will not work, very honest, up front. Very family oriented, friendly, kind, flexible, patient focused. When I found out our insurance was changing, I was terrified. But I called Mrs. Perez and told her what insurance it would be changing to and she said we would still be covered at their practice. (What a relief). After getting a few fillings else where are having the fillings messed up, Dr. Perez (the son) fixed them quickly. I wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else, they truly are the best of the best!

I just had my first check up at Perez Dental Group and am so happy I have chosen them as our family dentist. The staff was professional and personal. I had a great cleaning by hygienist and a thorough check-up by Dr Perez. I felt cared for as a patient and a person all the way from the receptionist to the dentist. I'm confident that my family who has yet to come will experience the same level of care that I received. I'm sure you will too.

I have been a patient at this lovely dental clinic for the past 4 years. Not once have I had any issues with any staff, everyone is always pleasant and greets you with a smile and make you feel comfortable. The place is always very clean, they usually always run on time as I don't remember ever having to wait very long to be taken back. I have recommended this place to many friends who have loved it as well. They take special care and go above and beyond to help you. They usually are good about scheduling payment plans. I would happily recommend anyone else to this dental clinic.

Dr. Perez and his staff are very friendly and professional. The front desk staff member, Elizabeth, is a delightfully wonderful person - always so friendly and upbeat! Dr. Perez is careful and gentle and always explains what is happening while he works. I've had a cleaning and a root canal done by Dr. Perez along with his staff, and all appointments have gone smoothly and pain-free! Highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking dental services!

First & foremost I want to say a very great thank you to Dr. Perez, the front desk receptionist Judy as well as ALL of the amazing dental assistants that helped me during my visit. Each and everyone of you were more than AMAZING!! Words couldn’t even express my gratitude towards you all. From the moment I walked in the energy was more than positive and the dedication to your work is greatly shown. On vacation from New York I had an emergency dental appointment in which I was more than embarrassed to express & needed a dental flipper ASAP I gave a call to Judy after being turned down by more than 3 dental offices yet she was able to squeeze me in for a 11 a clock appointment that very same day!! Everyone made me feel so comfortable! They were all so very polite, kind but most importantly they tended to my dental needs and I was able to walk out of there with my dental flipper that same exact day!! You are all so amazing!! If your looking for an awesome dental office who are more than dedicated to there work this is definitely the place to go. Thanks a million!!

I had a wonderful experience as I always do when I come to Dr. Perez's office. From the front staff to the dental assistants everyone's always pleasant. I got an extraction but going back for more work. I was recommended by a co worker and it's working out great, no complaints from me. I'm horrible with names so I don't quite remember them except Dr Perez, the father and the son who were great the first and second time I visited but if I did I'd thank them all here personally! :)

With great pleasure, I write this review on the services offered at the Perez Dental Group. I am still amazed at their level of care to even the smallest details in making sure you are comfortable and in the least amount of pain. They are a very compassionate group that takes time to listen to your concerns, while providing follow-up care to ensure that you are feeling better. I remember the first time I came to their office. The pain in my mouth felt unbearable, and I did not know where to go. I gave them a call and even though their schedule was full, they agreed to see me. I left their office that day pain free. I'm creating an edited review because after consideration , this is a very well run dentistry, and the staff is amazing. I have always enjoyed coming here, and I was extremely timid my first visit, but that had disappeared after the astounding treatment I had received. I had one bad experience, but they are sincerely empathetic and apologetic about what occurred. And I plan to continue receiving services here. I have recommended this dentist to several people, and I will continue to do so.

This office is absolutely amazing, the office staff are always very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I have had work done by both dentist and they are super awesome. I have a phobia about dentist due to bad experiences in my past, however I'm so glad I found them, they are knowledgeable, and have great patient etiquette. I feel comfortable with whatever procedure I get. Thank you

I was referred to Dr. Perez office by my mother, I am very grateful she referred me. I was looking for veneers to close my front gap. This office is the friendliest office I have ever been to. They make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in, its very clean, smells very good. I am truly impressed with my veneers, changed my whole smile for the better. When I thought my smile was perfect, Dr. Perez was not happy with two of the teeth the lab sent, so he sent them back and will make my smile even more perfect. Not sure how he can get it any better, but he is the professional so he knows best. I would refer anyone to this office with no hesitation. I will also start taking my kids to this office. Thank you to the office of Dr. Perez for making my smile so much better, and treating me like family. Everyone in that office is awesome.

The staff is friendly, kind and understanding- very important in a dental facility. The front desk person was the sweetest girl I have ever met, she just made you feel like she knew you forever. The Dr. was very knowledgeable, of course, and very precise. I went in with severe pain and he determined it had nothing to do with my teeth his meds and recommendations has helped where my PCP and urgent care failed and they took me the day I called where no other dental office would either. I will continue to go see them, I am grateful to them. Great place.

This dentist office staff is so nice and personable. The receptionist (Brenda I believe) was so kind and bubbly on the phone, I needed to be seen last minute without an appointment and although they were booked she “moved some things around” and called me back within an hour letting me know they could see me if I came right away. She didn’t have to take the time to do that for me but she knew I was in pain and that was so nice of her. The whole staff is really nice and they have TVs in the rooms.

One of the best dentist experiences ever! Everyone was very nice, the office was comforting. Went in for a quick emergency visit for a toothache and was seen and treated in less than 30 minutes. I feel much better, now. Have an appointment for a cleaning, can not wait! 10 STARS!!!!

I cant not emphasize enough how amazing this group of people are! I have had a standing phobia of dentist for many years, I dont mean fear as I think we all have that to some extent, I meant out right terrifying phobia. But every staff member here is extremely friendly and super compassionate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Amazing people amazing service and amazing compassion! I will never go anywhere else.

Had to have a deep cleaning - ugh - and got the right (upper and lower) side done yesterday. My hygienist is actually qualified to administer anesthetics. She used the liquid numbing stuff on every inch of my gums and allowed it to affect before giving me 8 or 9 shots into my gums. I must say, she was amazing. First time ever that I didn't try to come out of the chair. I was so impressed and told her so. I go back tomorrow to get the left side done and have absolutely no fear. Shout out to Elizabeth as well. She always makes you feel you're the most important person there and knows exactly what's going on with your treatment. Best dental office ever!

BEST DENTAL PRACTICE! This place is amazing; they make you feel like part of their family. Quick service, accommodating and everyone is so welcoming and cordial. I appreciate that they are able to serve our community, my family and will be with them as long as I can. I wonder if they would move to a new city with me?

My family has been with Dr. Perez for about 22 years now. We love the staff and love that this is a bilingual (Spanish/English) office. Everybody is friendly and professional. We don't usually have to wait long for our appointment. It feels like family when we visit.
