The current photo of a guy disgustingly devouring (not eating) his Burger, is a perfect metaphor of this place. It is certainly telling how this business operates and what kind of people manage it.
First, the good. They devote themselves to Film media (CDs, DVD/BluRay) some rare, which makes it different. To that, they normally charge you exorbitant prices. Well, its supply and demand, and you the customer shall decide.
What irks me is that, on top of that, they charge you EXORBITANT shipping costs. There is absolutely no way that mail & handling can come up to what they do charge. Which means that on top of the profit they make with product, they profit with S&H as well. Now that reads GREED. I buy a lot of music, and no seller charges this percent in S&H. Or maybe its just that they are incompetent working out of rural VA? I really wonder.
And the last one (which made me write this): early morning today, I receive a coupon, that clearly stated: "Valid as of January 3rd, etc..." January 3 it is today! So I place an order and try to apply the coupon. It does not work.
It turns out that the coupon was available as of 9 AM! (a "working-hours"-coupon no less!). Then why don't you stated so in your ad-email? To what they added that I "should have waited" instead of engaging in "theatrics". Yes, folks, Northern Virginia as I know it for 10 years living there, what else?
