They have everything we need! The staff are all very nice and helpful. This young man named Sean patiently helped me hand-saw cut my wood panel today. I really appreciated it!

This Lowe's in Front Royal Virginia is a great example of what this chain of Home Improvement stores should be. They always have a great selection of plants and landscaping hardware. I renovated an old house a few years ago, and a lot of the structural parts came from this location. The staff is very friendly and happy to help and answer any questions. This Lowe's store and the surrounding area is pretty LGBTQ friendly.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were interested in blinds and were looking at which we wanted. We wound up special ordering them. Thank you, Mark!

I recently came to the Front Royal, VA Lowes. It was late and pretty close to closing time but given my schedule, I find it hard to get into the store during the middle of the day. I was there to purchase a large toolbox for my truck, and asked an employee to check the inventory via item number. That's when I met Shelly in customer service, and she was incredible. I had a strong feeling of guilt given the time and the toolbox was practically attached to ceiling and the very top row. Shelly assured me that it was no trouble at all and proceeded to pull the product for me. This was unexpected, I would have easily expected an employee to push me a day out, being that it was closing tim yet, Shelly insisted that she was there to help. Incredibly helpful, sweet, and professional. 5/5 will be back. Thank you Shelly!

Every once and while you get a lowes employee that is very helpful. I couldn't find what I needed on the shelf but there were some in the store according to the app. Marshall who probably doesn't even work in that department was very helpful in finding what I needed and getting it from top stock. He seemed genuinely happy to help and I appreciate that.

These two ladies are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind! This is why we only shop in this location, especially for painting projects.
Debra helped me with a paint color, by understanding what I was looking for, calculating percentages to create a white color, with a hint of blue and it is the perfect color! Flor told us how to remove wallpaper, by making a mixture of equal parts fabric softener and warm water, in a spray bottle and using a sponge. Spray the area with the mixture and wipe it off with the sponge. It worked perfectly!

Our loco FroRo Lo is about the best hardware store to which I've ever been. It's always on point. The paint department in particular is very impressive. I have found everyone friendly and competent. The plumbing department is second to none and has a stellar team leader! It has been my go to for my home renovation project.

I spend more time here than Walmart. Customer service is great. Always friendly especially toward my chocolate lab. Mary, a cashier, and Brandon in windows and doors are two names that pop up but everyone is great.

Customer service has definitely improved. I always recommend plumbing, individuals that work in that department know the store well, and the location of all items needed. If for some reason you ever require assistance and cannot said department official of course..

Went to get more paint of a color we bought 11 yrs ago and it was spot on.

Has just about everything you could need. Those does have a policy where some stores in the area stock certain items for the region so certain construction items have to be bought from a Lowe's located in a different area then you are so it's easier to get them delivered then run around and find everything. They're inventory on a lot of items is not right sometimes they say they have it and they don't and sometimes they say they don't have it and they do so you have to go to the store

I love lowes for shopping, especially clearance deals! Sometimes its hard to find help amd other times associates are all over. I love wandering in the display areas.

I have been to the Front Royal Lowe's countless times for miscellaneous projects. Karen and Nikita in the hardware department are always helpful and think outside the box to help customers find the right part. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable staff. We needed a red flag for the lumber and the front desk was out and a stocker went and searched all the other departments in the store looking for a flag for us! We was very appreciative of all the help from our local Lowe's in Front Royal VA!

Problem Solved! Excellent service. We placed an online order for home delivery. We called the store and Kaitlyn helped us with scheduling and replacing out of stock items with ones that were in stock so our order would go through. Lowes has one dedicated person to organize order fulfillment; Kaitlyn is professional and helpful. We will be back.

Lowe's always has what I need, regardless of the project I am working on. Quick check out, friendly employees, and convenient pick up. Never had an issue shopping there.

Between Karen in Tool‘s, and Tammy in outdoor lawn and garden. This is definitely the best Lowes in Northern Virginia.

Stopped by to get some mini blinds for my mom. First guy I stopped knew where they was located so I didn't have to walk the store. Nice selection of vlinds. We picked out what we wanted and got out the store. Folks where nice and the store was very clean.
