Stellar service this morning! I've learned to not expect much in terms of service at McDonald's. Today, however, I was caught completely off guard. My husband and I ordered at the kiosk, there were maybe 4 other customers between the kiosks and the counter. Once we finished ordering, we started towards the counter and the front counter employee asked us if we needed cream & sugar for our coffee mid-stride. As soon as we approved, he had coffee in hand as well as our cold cup. I immediately went to grap my fountain drink and before I was done, my husband had our food in hand. It was literally 2 minutes from when we completed ordering via kiosk to walking towards the exit. The same employee bid us a good day with a genuine smile. And, yep, food was hot & fresh. Well, as fresh as McDonald's gets. The store was clean and orderly and there were several tables of older gentlemen drinking coffee and chitchatting; appeared to be regulars.

Back again on 11/22/2023, for another Awesome visit of hot, tasty, and quality food with friendly service. This McDonalds is about 12 miles from my home but well worth the drive. Order Number 321, the young lady that took my order was super friendly and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. That is true Customer Service.
This place is amazing. Clean, super fast service, and workers are kind. I ordered a QPC Deluxe Meal and this usually takes 10 minutes since it is kind of a special order. After putting the order in at the kiosk, it took about 3-5 minutes before I got my order. Fries piping hot and sandwich freshly made. Coke tasted like Coke and not all the other flavors ran through the blind previously. This type service is why I come to McDonalds but do not always find it. Kudos to this establishment. Edit: had lunch here today as I was in town and the food was disappointing. Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with extra cheese.
The sandwich had so much sauce on it it was impossible to eat without making a huge mess. And looked like it was just thrown in the box.
Fries were cold. The staff running the register were super nice and friendly.
I'll eat there again but most likely only for breakfast.

I rarely write reviews for anything, but this place deserves a special shout out for the incredible level of service they are providing. I stop off for breakfast a couple days of week in the drive-through. They are so fast and efficient - I frequently go through the entire process from ordering to feed in hand in less than two minutes, sometimes more quickly. They are clearly putting an emphasis on customer service, and it's working.

This is my go to McDonald’s! It’s not too busy and the interior has been updated. The employees are really friendly. I see people having meetings and working on their laptops. Looks like a great community meet up!

I moved to bon air as a kid. I've been going to that McDonald's for 30 years. The service is unmatched.

This location would have got like 3 stars a year or so ago, but whoever is running the show in the last 6 months is killing it. The food has been consistent and the service friendly and helpful.

Also the new strawberry and creme pies are fantastic

What a great happy meal. Actually we got two of them for the kids. They were met with smiling faces toatch the helpful employees that greeted us. What an amazing experience!!

I remember meeting my district manager at this McDonald's back in the '90s to let her know that the entire staff had suspicions that our store manager was stealing from the store.
A group of us had ended up at his apartment after a company Christmas outing and a lot of us noticed that he had furniture from our store...and no one ever remembered selling it to him.
We also remembered he had moved to town and talked about needing things about a year prior.
Long story short, they ended up arresting him after doing surveillance.

I had a diet coke and it was great.

Clean, updated interior; a very pleasant look. Only two of the four kiosk panels were active, for social distancing purposes, along with no dine-in/table service. The outdoor seating was removed during the remodel, which will be missed on nice weather days.

Took my granddaughter here after a morning at Maymont. She got the chicken nuggets happy meal with apple slices and a Sprite. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean. Not only did the employees make us feel special but the customers were so great with my baby girl.

I went here about six times and they've never messed our orders. They're really nice and it's really clean inside. The seats are comfortable too.

I appreciate the fact that they serve efficiently and pleasantly even if you don't use their app or self order stations.

I enjoyed going through the McDonald's drive through. Associates were very helpful in making sure my order was complete and accurate.

We go out of our way to go to this McDonald's location even though there are two closer ones. This location is run much better, kept cleaner, and has a nostalgic feeling that other ones do not have

As of right now I have never had any issues with my orders and never had to wait long for my food. Its always fresh and the staff is pretty decent. The manger there is friendly and is very welcoming.

Very clean, fast service and friendly staff. Best of all for me, their ice cream machines are working, which is frequently not the case at other locations.

Late night, fries were not perfect and the lady at the window recognized it and replaced them with fresh hot ones "no questions asked". Pretty good service.
