I always use this store. They’re always helpful but today Rj was a great help. I was able to get my return done with the help of James and Eric. Great guys!

This store was my best, UPS experience. James was professional, polite and efficient. I will for sure be back.

This is an efficient, well organized and professionally managed store. We had a rather long and convoluted notary requirement needing 2 witnesses that was handled smoothly and properly by a very friendly staff (James, Travis and Jordan). I appreciate their effort and expertise immensely... Highly recommend this business!

Angie is the greatest employee there. She’s very helpful and patient. Her customer services skills are off the charts!!

I came to this UPS store to send out some paperwork that needed to be faxed. I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the two younger employees who assisted me but I can say definitively that I received excellent service. I showed up right as a huge rush came through the door and I watched both employees handle every customer with incredible patience and professionalism while I waited for my fax confirmation to come through. Even the customers who were treating them rudely. They still responded with kindness and I think that speaks volumes. I hope the two guys who worked the closing shift on Monday, April 2 receive praise for their awesome customer service skills!

Yes the parking lot is a pain but that’s not the stores fault. I’ve been using this store regularly for Amazon returns and anything else package related for the past 2 years with never one issue. My returns usually are credited within an hour of leaving the store, and everything else has always been perfect. Even when there is a long line it usually goes fast. I see more rude customers than I do employees. Some people in their reviews seem like they think they’re entitled for the store to stay open just because they called ahead or because it’s raining. If the store closes at seven you don’t get there at 7:01. Follow the rules, be polite, and you usually get that in return. Peace out.

Had an awesome experience at this store today! Dropped in to mail a package, drove back to my office, realized I hadn't included my return slip in the package. Sierra took the time to find my package and offered that I could email it to her and she would insert it. AWESOME customer service when it was all my fault!

Liz was amazing I packed my box incorrectly. She reboxed it. Put in the puffy stuff and gave me the price for shipping options. She was funny, cheerful and knowledgeable.

Kenna was patient, attentive, kind and very efficient. She helped me ship a package of 8 coffee cakes which were awkward and fragile. They arrived today in good shape. We are grateful. Thank you!

Great customer service fast & efficient minimal wait time

Can often be quite busy, especially in the mid/late afternoons. All the interactions I've had have been professional and the staff know what they're doing. Jordan was especially helpful!

I don't know if the drivers work from here but the Bon Air team is made of heroes. Never had a delivery miss the commitment, they drive in any condition, they're responsible, friendly, and seem genuinely committed to doing the best job possible. I don't know how they do it but I'm jealous of their ability to be so motivated.
