My first time at Trader Joe's and it was great! Healthy products at decent prices. Incredible employees providing excellent customer service! Bobby my cashier welcomed me to Trader Joe's as a first time customer with a bouquet of gorgeous flowers! I'll be back filor sure! Top notch!

You don’t want to get me started on how much I LOVE Trader Joe’s! I became a super fan, within the last year, and regret decades that have gone by, without shopping at TJ’s! I’m so grateful for the friendly and hardworking employees! The exceptional food, and even their beauty products, for the quality and pricing, puts other retailers to shame! Praying for more Trader Joe’s in our area to be open soon! The Bon Air and Short Pump locations are PACKED, almost all the time, as the secret is definitely out!

Busy store, employees where friendly and helpful. Full stock but out of what I was looking for . I think Micheal stocking chip was helpful and gave me great information . Another young lady went to the back to check on my item . But I did not see her name tag . Brandi was patient with the consumer have a payment it .

Friendly staff, and a very convenient location for me. It's great to have all of the TJ's goodness just 5 minutes from my home.

My only complaint is that it's not large enough for the busier times of the day. It can become quite crowded.

Today I visited this new Trader Joe’s location for the first time. The floorplan is very similar to another Trader Joe’s I used to visit, so I felt a sense of familiarity at this new location. The cheese section is very nice, and I liked the variety available at this store. I ended up buying a package of sliced organic cheddar cheese and a lower carb smoothie that looked nutritious. This new Trader Joe’s looks very nice, and the staff are very friendly!

Fun place to shop. Friendly staff, interesting selection of items. I don't think it's a practical place to buy all your groceries if you have kids but otherwise it's great for one or two person household.

Busy on Saturday's and the store is small, which makes everything easy to find everyone's in and out in a hurry. Quality products so that makes it easy to shop, you know, no time picking thru the bad stuff because they don't put it out.

Trader Joe's is one of my favorite grocery stores. Fresh fruit + produce, beautiful floral arrangements, + quick and easy meals that I can cook with minimal prep and time spent in the kitchen. I tried the Japanese fried rice for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! I sautéed it w/TJ's Cruciferous Crunch salad mix, added shrimp and a homemade Asian sauce, dinner was on the table in under 30 minutes. Vegetable spring rolls rounded out the meal. Also, TJ's had a wide variety of crunchy snacks, sweet treats, unique seasoning blends,, and delightful drinks. I love meandering around the store just to see what seasonal and regular items have hit the shelves. Scallion pancakes, gyoza, samosas, lamb vindaloo, green onion pancakes, orange chicken, and more!! My one stop for not-your-everyday type of meals.

I Love Trader Joe's!! The staff are always absolutely amazing, and the selection of vegetarian and nondyed food options are primo...I wish I could take away the bouge-canoes milling about judging you bc you just exist who also can smell that you have 5 kids and work 3 jobs to get by, and just have it be were the nice people shop! But also the rich want that quality low-cost deliciousness too. They need those sharkcootchie boards after all, and TJ has literally the best selection... those Everything Bagel Crackers are everything! So we shall share Trader Joe's with the finest bouge-canoes in the area and know that we work hard for the money...so hard for it honey! 200 billion stars for Trader Joe's

Much more spacious than the Short Pump location! Aisles are much wider and the parking situation is much better here too. Lines move quickly.

Started shopping at TJ's pretty recently and quickly became a huge fan. So far, none of their products disappointed, and I have been cooking with exclusively Trader Joe's stuff daily for 2 months now. This is my nearest location, and I have zero complaints about it! They always have everything I need, they are always friendly and helpful, I love going here. Sure it gets crowded, but only because it's great, but it's never intolerable.

Just want to say thank you and well done to employees! Tonight was my mom’s first time at a TJ’s and she was warmly welcomed by Fred and the staff. Fred treated my mom to new (fresh out the back) seasonal treats when they found out it was her first visit! So, so kind. Thank you all! Well done, Trader Joe’s. This is why we all love you.

Nice location. I think this location may be a little larger and has alot of parking. Saw a ton of great deals and I'm happy to know I have a second location to visit.

Produce is awesome and always a nice variety of cut flowers to take home with you. Very reasonable prices and cashier service is excellent.....no waiting in long lines.

Love Trader Joe,s Salmon I bought was delicious. Wish we had one closer to Chester.

I absolutely love everything that they provide. I am vegetarian, and their frozen section offers a lot of options for those who don't like to be in the kitchen all day. The cashiers are super friendly, and the rest of the employees are always helpful and kind.

Their meat simply looks and taste better with less fat, fresh pastry, beautiful fresh flowers, organic food, excellent and friendly service.

Great location and layout of store. May not be able to get all your groceries but pretty Cloe to it and all for reasonable prices.
