Bought this awesome and accurate scale. The shop has beautiful glass that is a work of art. Prices are great too. Amazing customer serviceas well; I've been in several shops in town and was so disappointed with their lack there of... Highly recommend here!

Awesome vape shop. I drove 45 minutes to their shop after finding out they had a Geekvape product I wanted and nobody else had. When I got there they didn't have the colors I wanted but Katie said they were coming in soon and offered to ship it to me. Great selection of products, and the best customer service around. I highly recommend 3L if you are local, and even if you aren't. Thanks for a great experience

Amazing vape store! Very knowledgeable and thorough explanation of everything! I recommend them to everyone! I have always had a hard time finding a flavor I love but when I actually find it, Katie makes sure to always have it. She stays on top of her business and notifies me when flavors are being discontinued (unfortunately it happens 🤷🏻‍♀) and she’s already thinking about other flavors for me to try. I love them and I'll be a repeated client of theirs as long as they are open!!! You won't regret going there for everything you need!

This is a rare find in my experience. Most shops have people who don't know or care about the products or customers. This shop stood out as an example to be followed. Walked me through settings that other shops have me that were wrong, took time to teach me what to look for, and most of all seemed to actually care about my well being by correcting issues for a device I purchased elsewhere. They have earned my patronage, and I hope all who read give them an opportunity to earn theirs. I don't wright reviews often, this was earned imo.

The staff is always friendly, polite, and super knowledgeable. There is an atmosphere of actually wanting to educate you on the products and health concerns as opposed to the norm which is directing you to whatever product they have incentive to push that month. I feel bad as anytime I go here I am mostly clueless but Katie is fantastic and goes above and beyond for customers!

Best vape shop to ever exist. We love 3L and the girls that work there. Super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We moved 2 hours away temporarily and still traveled to get our stuff from them. Best customer service and a great selection of things to buy!

3L Vapor is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Katie is so nice and rememebers all of her customers and their previous conversations no matter how long ago thay happened. She is very knowledgeable with the products she carries and with the products she does not carry. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my Vape/Cbd needs!

Me & my boyfriend come here probably once a week. It’s a cool vibe and the people are chill. I love Katie’s dog! & I have been to the other vape shop in town, service isn’t as helpful. defiantly will always be a regular customer!

Friendly people who provide excellent service.

These people are amazing. They hooked me up with a great device and introduced me to some AMAZING liquids. The Grey Ghost earl grey juice is my favorite thus far. They’re more than willing to find some of the more unique juices that might be hard to find as well.

The employees were amazing!! So nice & sweet! They didn’t even try to “up sell” me which a lot of vape shops I been too does, they found the right vape for me that would help me quit smoking, they didn’t have it in the color I liked so they told me they were getting a shipment the next day & should have the color I wanted! So I left & went home & they text me as soon as they got it & said they would put it aside for me till I could come back, (I live 45 minutes away) from their shop so they even held it for an extra day included a discount! I appreciate all the advice they gave me as well & today is day 3 of no smoking!! 🙂

Killer first time experience at this shop and it helps that the doggo is cute as hell. Staff is helpful and friendly. This is also the first time I've been offered the ability to have specific juices ordered for me. If I could rate 6/5 I would. The rewards system is also especially helpful, being on an easy to use app that saves your detailed receipts to find that vape juice you bought 5 months ago that you can't remember the name of. If you want snark with your juices then go somewhere else, because the only thing at this shop is smiles, happiness, friendly conversation and, of course, vape supplies.

Every visit I leave with a sense of fulfillment. As soon as you step foot into the business, you are greeted with a smile and assisted by the willingly accessible staff. Occasionally, you may be greeted by the owner's friendly dogs - don't fret!

All of the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all realms when it comes to assisting your vaping needs; whether that is recommending specific flavors of liquid catered to your tastes, nicotine levels based on your habits/stress levels, equipment and accessories, or even coil builds, ohm Ω, and wattage. Each encounter with the staff is very intricate and personal; they care about you as a customer - they comprehend and return.

I can't praise the interior decorating enough; it's very well executed. The front counter is constructed out of wood and it defines the atmosphere, a bar-esque arrangement with stools, an energy drink cooler, displays of their inventory (the selection of products and liquids are extensive) and in the rear of the store - couches to relax after a long day of work. While all of this exists, it feels minimalistic and doesn't leave you with claustrophobic vibes.

My expectations are always exceeded when visiting this shop. Very knowledgeable staff. They never try to upsell me or push things on me that I don't need. Wide juice selection as well. They're always able to find something new that fits my tastes.

This place has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They remember your name and they remember what kind of flavors you like. you just don't get that these days anymore. They really take time to get to know you and to help you find something that's going to work for you and your budget.

I frequent a lot of vape shops and live 45 minutes away. Whenever Im in town to visit family or my favorite tattoo artist at Tried n True, I always stop by. They always have all of my favorite flavors and the owner of the shop is a genuinely kind and caring person. She doesnt just try to sell you things the whole time. She has even talked me out of buying some products, telling me they have others even cheaper. The very first time I visited she stayed about an hour after closing to show me how to set up a drip tank (not for beginners) I had already boight from another store. They are awesome and have a huge selection! If you're a beginner or interested in vaping, this is your place.As far as the store closing early, as a gentleman mentioned earlier, it is her roght to be open or closed whenever she wants. Being a small business owner myself, work never ends for the owner and we work around the clock, especially the opening years. For all we know business could have been slow that day and shop was closed to save money. Or maybe they had family obligations. uou never know. I cant speak for the other employees but the blonde haired owner, works her butt off and would never be rude to a customer(referring to the one star review). Does one bad experience on the phone, really constitute putting down the entire business. I think not. For all you know it was a bad employee who was fired. Regardless, a 1 star is totally unnecessary because it doesn't reflect the owner and her views and goals. That 1 star could have kept people from coming and effect business when it shouldn't. Running a small business is hard and you can't baby sit your employeess all the time. That review only hurts the owner, not the employees. Go to 3L vapor! They Rock!
