Called to check on availability in the early morning hours, the night staff was super informative of what rooms/rates were available. When I arrived, the gentleman working was friendly in assisting with booking my room. Rooms are basic but clean. The staff was amazing!

Room clean and beds comfy. Quiet atmosphere. Was greeeted when I walked in. Breakfast was amazing. Will be staying all week for business. Definitely recommend

Stayed here because it was 4 minutes from where my daughter was having surgery the next day. Very nice hotel. It was clean and quiet and not a bunch of noise kept. The room was nice and comfortable...and it was so convenient being not from the area that they had room service available to be able to order us some dinner after we got there, the food was very good too.

Our stay was good. We were even able to check in early since they had our room ready.
We were traveling with our cat and so happy that they took pets.

Had an issue with billing through a third party website but hotel staff were extremely polite, attentive, and went out of their way to help us with our cancellation, refund, and rebooking our room. That alone made our stay worth while!

Nisha is amazing! Her and the staff are so accommodating, I have never had a complaint about the cleanliness of the room or hotel. The breakfast is always hot and fresh. Safety is never a concern.

Clean room, nice service. Renovated hotel. Beautiful. Had to pay 15 extra for cot but that's OK. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that the breakfast coffee didn't taste much like coffee. Otherwise, fantastic experience.

Wesley showed great customer service. He was very accommodating and helped with anything I needed in a timely manner. No complaints from my stay at all.

Had a great experience with this hotel don't understand why there are bad reviews they definitely go above and beyond here Wesley at front desk was so helpful and friendly to talk to will definitely be coming back here the rooms were clean and smelled fresh not dingy breakfast was really great love the waffles and bacon 😀 they went above what I expected and even gave me no hassle or extra charge for late check out thanks guys for making my trip so much better

This hotel was exactly what I needed! Location was great for getting around and it was easy with my senior-aged dog. Room was clean and staff was so very friendly. Would recommend, especially for those needing to stay more than a night!

Check-in was great! The staff was great and very friendly! My family loved the pool. The only complaint that I would say we had was that the wifi was very poor. But, seeing as how we didn’t use it that much, it wasn’t an issue at all.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, had great beds, and was quiet. Management and staff were all friendly and professional, including the young woman who greeted us drop-ins at 11:30 at night. As hotel breakfast bars go, this one was both good and substantial, saving us time and money in the morning for the next leg of our trip. This will be our go-to on future trips on this route. The $98 room rate was a great value by any mark in my book.
