Best grocery story near us. I tried the one on Mercury, it was not the same!

The Kriger in Victory has a huge selection, and a decent meat counter.

One of the managers went in the back and looked for a hard to find item that I heard had came in that day. They were able to get it to me. Great service!

Kookie was so nice while checking me out. I love to see good customer service!

This is one of my favorite grocery stores and the selection of products is usually available and the staff is always friendly.

Went in Kroger yesterday at 5pm, went to the deli, the lady there was extremely nice. She was a little busy but still had excellent customer service, reminds me how how they treated customers in the original building thats now a church.

A year ago: was disappointed in them and had only given 2 stars. Just left this Kroger,, have coupons that read $1 off 2 12 pack cans of RC. Picked up 4 cases for the cashier and manager to tell me that I can't use the coupons because you can't double them. At no point did I try to double them and they did not accept the coupons, yet another reason to shop here less often. All it require was for one of those two people to read the coupon and neither of them did, because they refused to honor the coupons. Went this week, they had almost everything I was looking for. Also ordered from them via instacart on Saturday, it was successful, so now I have that option when I decide not to go out. Have watched the pull up and pick up your groceries , but there seems to be many issues that have not been resolved

I went to Kroger this morning 3/11/2023. The last several times we have gone to Kroger it seems like things were going downhill a little. Well, today I had done my shopping and was pleasantly surprised that there was not super long lines to be checked out. Usually I have to use self check out because the other lines are so few and so long. I got in a line and a few minutes later a young man came and said he would take me in the next line. So I changed lines and loaded everything on the belt. This young man was so nice, kind and charismatic. He smiled and held a conversation as he scanned my items. I want to personally thank Timothy and let Kroger and his family know what a fanastic young man you have! He is amazing. Timothy thank you for brighting my day and many more years of enjoying Junior Mints!! Kroger is lucky to have you as an example of an amazing employee.

Nice store. Clean and organized

Quick and easy to navigate and get around at 2pm on a Tuesday.

Well we were looking for a special kind of Peanuts from Walmart but they didn't have them. So I looked up them and seen that Kroger had them in stocks. So we now know where to get them now. And they had alot of them there. French roasted Peanuts.

The Starbucks barista in Kroger was extremely kind and helpful! She had a cheerful attitude and did everything she could to ensure I had a positive experience.

One of my favourite shops for my monthly needs. Quality is good, price is bit high of you compare with Costco but Costco is for bulk purchasing,so no complaints 😊. Amazing products and it’s a right mix of quality, quantity and price. Love it and all Kroger products.

I started going there when our Farm Fresh closed because they carry Boars Head meats and cheeses. Once I became familiar with the store and just how much is offered, I have continued you go there.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. Also love that Starbucks is there too☕😊👍

It is really a time saver to have someone else do your shopping for you. It gives you more time to spend with the family or do something fun for yourself. Plus they are always super professional and nice when they come to your car with the groceries. This is my new favorite way to shop :)

This is one store that me an my wife love coming to. It's one of the cleanest stores we have ever been to. Everyone is vary friendly and they always have snacks around the store. The men and women at the register always ask how your doing and are super quick to get your groceries down the belt. It has a star bucks inside an some kind of snawhich bar that smells amazing. Has a fresh deli inside. Fresh bakery, fresh sea food, and some kinda magical cheese deli. It's just an over all great experience from how a store should be operated and kept clean.

Great selection, our go-to grocery. Downside, the smell from the fish counter. Upside, deli counter, ice cream section, meat is always fresh, and the gas station? Use your Kroger card and in no time you get 10-20 or 30 cents off each gallon of gas. Great store.

Kroger has always been my favorite grocery store. I wish there were more around here but at least we have the one. I am also very pleased with the ClickList service. My produce and meats were top quality and everything was bagged with great care. Thanks Crystal and Jennifer!

This is the nicest, cleanest grocery store around. I drive passed 5+ grocery stores to shop at this store. They usually always have a good selection of items, but sometimes they are out of stock of certain items. The only downfall of this store, as with many grocery stores these days, is the fact that they don't always have enough checkout lanes open. This gets a little frustrating. But we were able to avoid the lines by using Kroger ClickList. It is by far the best thing ever invented! Its Kroger's version of curbside grocery pickup. It's super easy and convenient!

New Sushi Bar! Very good, fresh, and great selection. There's a Kroger in Hayes and another in Yorktown but neither one of them has the deli, dairy, meats, and produce that the Newport News does so whenever I end up in the area I stop to shop.
