AT&T Store

Drew was fantastic and attentive. He helped my husband and I in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. He went over our plan and informed us of all the offers we were eligible for. We will definitely be returning and hopefully be able to work with Drew again for future wireless needs!

This is a phenomenal store! It’s always clean and the employees always make it feel welcoming. A young man named Jordan helped me recently with an apple watch purchase. He took the time to inform me about all the features and talked me through the setup process. As a business owner I highly recommend this establishment.

We were greeted immediately. Store was clean, organized, comfortable. Tre helped us and did a great job explaining the trade in process and upgrade eligibility. Explained current plan and pricing and provided new pricing with upgrade. Helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. Asked if I wanted a case or screen protector, I denied and he was not aggressive or pushy. Tre provided awesome customer service and giving me an excellent customer experience!

Great customer from every representative. Each time I go to this location. Crew is very knowledgeable about assistance with the products they promote. Special recognition to Toby today for his patience with his assistance in getting my daughter’s new IPhone 15 up to speed. Keep up the good service guys.

Went into AT&T to get new phone plans and Missy was absolutely excellent helping me and my wife getting new phone plan and starting with them. She was very respectful and honest one of the nicest customer service rep I’ve experienced in a long time thank you again.

We were having issues activating my phone. After multiple attempts online and calling we decided to go into a store. Missy was amazing! She got everything taken care of.

Brain was very knowledgeable, Fun and answered every question we had for him. We upgraded four phones, ported two numbers, and had him to put all under one family plan he handled it all with ease. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Maurice went above and beyond to make our experience transferring from Verizon easy. He had to get port numbers and juggle 5 lines coming over and made sure the devices and supplies we needed suited our family dynamics. He was very organized thoughtful professional and educated with performing his job duties at ease. We will definitely return if we need anything else. He definitely displays passion for his customers .

I have been a customer with AT&T for many years, since 2000. My favorite customer service person at the Jefferson store in the Tech center is Toonica. I trust her knowledge and suggestions about my service. She is friendly and kind. No matter how many questions I ask she remains professional (and I ask a lot of questions. 🤣) Therefore whenever I have to go to the store I always like her to wait on me, even if I have to wait. She is definitely an asset to your company.

No improvement is necessary at this time. Jasmine was phenomenal and very patient! She answered all the questions I had. Very knowledgeable about the products and services!! Not only professional but she went above and beyond. I was really impressed by the quality of service and its greatly appreciated! Thank you!! Well done!!

The Sales associate named Missy went above and beyond and really made the experience as smooth as possible. Got a tremendous deal on my phone as well as plan. Would highly recommend her as well as her staff any day.

Brian went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience of transferring 1 line from Verizon over to ATT, so we could add our son to our family plan. Brian focused on the needs of our family and aligned the services provided. In addition we upgraded one of our phones to the new IPhone 15, he made this a flawless transfer of all data on the phone. When purchasing the screen protectors for the new phones he offered to go ahead and install them helping us out dearly with the frustrating process. I highly recommend waiting or asking for Brian if he is available. It is difficult to find employees that care anymore in the retail and sales environment anymore he shows the true passion for his career and is dedicated to the customer.

I got a new iPhone yesterday and did the data transfer from my cloud backup. Perfect. Whoops calling and text didn’t work. Went to AT&T store and Andrew fixed it <2 minutes. My new hero. Very polite. Probably didn’t laugh until after I was out of the parking lot. Great service and attitude.

I had the honor to have Missy help me with my new phone set up. when I came into the store I had a chip on my shoulder because of an incident before coming to the store, Missy immediately proceeded to calm me down and proceed with her professionalism and assisted me (actually she did all the transferring but she explained what she was doing and why) in transferring the data from my old phone to my new one. Missy is a very caring, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated AT&T respresentative. I hope that if I have to go to that AT&T store again I will be able to have Missy wait on me. Missy is a definite asset to the AT&T Company, and is the perfect role model for new employees, in fact I feel that Missy should be afforded the opportunity to be in involved with the training new store employees throughout the Hampton Roads area if not nationally.

Went to AT&T store to upgrade to phones activate an old one for my child and open another line. Was helped immediately upon walking in. Jasmine helped us and did a great job taking care of us. She got the idea that we were there for those purposes only and wasn’t to pushy trying to sell other products. In and out as quickly as the iPhones allowed us to leave. Takes a little time to transfer and update iCloud accounts to new phone. Pretty satisfied.

Honestly the manager and the individual that helped me were very kind and down to earth. They went out of there way to help me . I was unsure and walked out VERY CONFIDENT. Everyone was very friendly. I mean everyone!

I came in too the store to add my granddaughter to my plan and I was helped by Tre he was very respectful and helpful he share all details that I needed to know I’ll definitely see him again if I need any help with anything AT&T
