I had planned a party for Labor Day weekend and needed the entire house for guests. The first floor of my house is fully carpeted and as I have two small dogs, this carpet was in horrible condition. I called Serenity Cleaning Solutions and they were very polite and professional, despite the fact that I waited until the last minute to call. They were here in less than 24 hours. The carpet looked brand new and so I asked about my couch and also the carpeted stairs. The price was so good, I decided to have those done as well, thinking I would have to re-schedule, however the technician said he'd do it right then! My house looks and smells wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. All I can say is, outstanding!

Amazing customer service, and their price was unbelievable. They even through in a free detergent in the cleaning solution when they noticed I had a puppy. My carpet turned out a different color and I was beyond satisfied with the the whole process, their van setup allows for easy access into any home. They just ran a hose and steam line from the van to the location of the carpet. Amazing service would recommend them to anyone.

My oriental rug was very dirty and stained and I never thought it would look good-now it almost looks new. Their prices are great and they showed up ahead of time. For the past few years I've used Sears carpet cleaning. This time I chose Serenity and I couldn't be happier. They were able to come out right away, provided great service, didn't try to upsale me on anything I didn't need, and my carpets look and smell like I never owned two dogs. I was also surprised at the low price. I won't be going back to Sears, it's Serenity from now on.

Very pleased with the technician and the job done! The air in my home had seemed "dusty". The technician discussed possibilities with me and found the culprit immediately -- a malfunctioning dryer vent. He then checked the duct registers and showed me what he saw with his probe camera. He explained everything to me, carefully removed the registers, cleaned the ducts with a vacuum. On top of the fantastic job done, the charges were surprisingly budget-friendly. I would highly recommend this company. I will have them back for carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future.
