LA Fitness

Love this club! So many great features at this location. Everyone working out is really friendly along with all the staff. I’ve been to LA gyms all over and this locations training area is always bustling with trainers engaging us with high energy workouts. The machines are plentiful and of newest technology, parking is never an issue, bathroom is always clean and doesn’t have the “gym smell” like other brand gyms. The IR sauna is something I educate people on every chance I get and they wonder why their gym doesn’t have one. Love it’s proximity to all the great shops in the area, it’s like a little town that has everything.

I have worked with different trainers here and the best one I have found is Nick. He is knowledgeable, caring, helpful and adjust his process to the client. I have been working with Nick for over 3 months and have gone down 2 pant sizes. My strength is better and my energy levels much improved.

I was approaching 70 years old and noticed that I had lost my muscle and flexibility. I was having trouble, sitting and rising from a chair, getting in and out of my car and could not rise up from a kneeling position unless I was helped.
I thought about hiring a trainer but thought that they only train body builders. My mistake. Then I decided “I might as well build muscle, maybe that will help me”. I was assigned Nick as my trainer. I told him about my flexibility problems. His knowledge of the skeletal-muscle system in the body was phenomenal! We started to work on flexibility with a little strength training. After a few months, most of my flexibility problems (mentioned above) have vanished. Nick has been a lifesaver for me. Be forewarned though, this has been the hardest work outs I have ever done in my life but as I have said, the results have been phenomenal!

This LA Fitness Branch exceeds other LA Fitness locations nearby. This Alton location on Donald Ross is a 'Signature' Gym, similar to the Boynton Beach Signature Branch. As shown in my photos posted here, it is clean and New l

Nick has helped me so much. He’s a great trainer and he also knows a lot about how to work with injuries. I have a pretty bad shoulder injury and it’s so much better since working with Nick. He’s also very professional and fun to work with

I’ve been a member of this gym since the very beginning and it has never been anything less than amazing. Even when I was going to college 2 hours away I would make trips back up to this club just to get a good workout in. Very clean, and fun environment with all the equipment you’ll ever need!

I will tell you this is one of the best gyms around with the most fit people I have ever seen!! Don and Natalie's spin classes are the best if you are able to get a bike. Classes are usually full with tons of excitement!!! Grahm is one of the best managers ever who goes out of his way to take care of everyone's needs on a personal level. See Tony the personal trainer he is very knowledgeable and had lots of stories!!! Excellent showers there as well.

I loved this LA fitness. I felt like royalty. So many machines and spotless showers/locker room.

As snowbirds, this is our second year working out at the Signature LA Fitness on Donald Ross in Palm Beach Gardens. The staff here is welcoming, caring and professional. Maria and Tony initially interviewed us and placed us with trainers Christine and Javen, who gave us exercises tailored to our needs as seniors. This facility is well-maintained with a large variety of exercise equipment. We feel it’s a great place to start our day!

I needed a fitness gym because of a recent heart attack. My wife and I joined LA Fitness in Alton, on Donald Ross. We have been members of other fitness gyms, but this one is so much better. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, equipment up to date and the whole place is clean. The indoor pool is a good size and not crowded, and the sauna is soothing.
The fitness trainer director is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring director I’ve met in this industry. She genuinely cared and listened to my list of ailments and came up with a plan that would help me, not injure me. I decided to try a month of personalized training and so far, it has been amazing. My personal trainer is patient and knowledgeable. She keeps the training light and upbeat. I end each session sore but satisfied. My wife is going to try the water aerobics.
I used to dislike going to the fitness gym, but now look forward to it. I highly recommend LA Fitness at Alton

Yea I just love this place so much got the best equipment and I love the pool and hot tub is amazing with jets very clean so I suggest if your ever in the area gotta come check it out
