The Home Depot

We have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for a while now. Its all because of the wonderful staff they have. Today Mitch helped us with a big return. It took a lot of patience and computer work to get through our order. I want to thank Mitch and the Manger Doug for helping us with our needs. Keep up the good work and stellar attitudes!

Maureen in the garden department truly went the extra mile to assist me in locating materials and loading them into my truck. With multiple Home Depot stores in my vicinity, I am more than willing to make a special effort to visit the Palm Beach Gardens location because of the exceptional service they provide.

This is by far the best Home Depot that I have ever been to. I have honestly avoided HD over the years moving near this one I was shocked at the staff. Zoe was amazing and went above and beyond to help. Additionally on another trip I don’t recall his name a Jamaican gentleman who helped me in plumbing was just awesome and took real time to help and resolve my issue. Thank you

Nice, new Home Depot. Staff is always friendly.

The Alton Home Depot is beyond compare. The store and parking are clean and the staff goes out of their way to help. Yesterday I had to return an item and Julie was friendly and made the experience a pleasure instead of a nightmare (which returns usually are).

This is a toy store of Happiness for anyone doing a project

I needed a wet vac to clean up my back porch due to heavy rain, recently had my roof replaced but have not had gutters installed yet.
Reasonably priced and quality rental, would recommend to others.

I enjoyed Panera Bread their food is so good and so is there coffee and very friendly customer service

It's Home Depot they have pretty much everything you need to accessorize to build to do anything you need to do with your home they're outstanding

Went to the new one on Indiantown rd. in Jupiter. Very nice, clean and helpful folks. Not too crowded and plenty of stock. I think they have one of the best nurseries of the home depots in the area.

I have been to a handful of Home Depot Locations in the area (Jupiter, North Palm Beach, and this Palm Beach Gardens location) and this is hands down my favorite one. The customer service is excellent. Ken, James, and the young woman in the wheelchair (I’m sorry for not knowing her name) have all helped me on many occasions. The three of them in particular are always smiling and welcoming. I highly recommend this location even if its not your closest store!

One of the newest Home Depot thankfully some of my old friends from our Lake Park store. Very clean, great service, good inventory. Helpful staff. UPDATE! Unfortunately inventory is now inadequate. Many shelves not well stocked. Holiday goodies abound but electrical, and painting supplies lacking. Was told that they are addressing.

DIY projects can result in multiple trips to Home Depot, so on your 1st visit find a knowledgeable employee & ask them to come over to your house & help with your project 😀 LOL 😆 Actually there are normally friendly employees who can provide guidance while in store.

Staff was very helpful in finding stuff for me (bagster and ceiling fan bulb) and telling me a better way to use the HD app.

Little to no crowds.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. A little too much if you ask me.
Every freakin employee asks the same thing all throughout the store.
It's real nice to see them there not hear from them at every turn
