I am at this store at least 5 times a week. It’s close and I’ve gotten to know the staff a bit. They are always friendly and helpful. My observation is they all work hard and are one of the stores that are opened on holidays. None of them are personal friends but a very special shout out to Tricia. You have a wonderful demeanor which makes you beautiful inside and out. You all are a huge asset to Walgreens. Thank you all.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for Walgreens because after the incident I experienced today I feel it’s only fair to give credit where credit is due!! I had a replacement product from Apple that was covered under my Apple care, I received the package followed instructions & dropped off the package to Angela at Walgreens on the 11th, last night I received an email from Apple notifying me that I had 4 days remaining to return my replacement products or I was going to be charged $200. Clearly this was concerning because the package was sent FedEx express so it should have been delivered days ago. Long story short it seems like the FedEx driver that was assigned to pick up for that day, misplaced or failed to scan the package & as luck would have it, I didn’t take a pic of the label beforehand & due to a very random glitch in their system Apple could not retrieve the label &/or tracking details to initiate a trace on the package. Well after many hours on the phone (this began at 7:30am this morning & it is currently almost 10pm & I just hung up with a manager from Apple) I spoke with Angela I believe she is the assistant manager at this Walgreens & Digna (I hope I spelled that correctly) the store manager, without hesitation they sat through an entire day of surveillance just to locate me on the recording to confirm that I did in fact drop off the package as I claimed. I don’t know if many store managers &/or assistant managers that would invest this sort of time to help a random customer & if it wasn’t for the two of them going above & beyond (literally they spent the entire afternoon on this task alone). I would not have had the slightest chance in resolving this situation with Apple so like I said I believe that they deserve to be recognized for their efforts to rectify a situation, they could have easily gotten out of by just providing any old excuse but they didn’t & I’m grateful for that!

The Walgreens pharmacy on Central and Donald Ross is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. The staff is always friendly and recognizes me when I drive up! They have filled prescriptions for me on the spot. Always helpful and ready to answer any question.

Gay was my cashier there was problem with scanning sale item and she was very patient, kind about it, during frustrating situation she provided outstanding customer service!! Thank you Gay for making our trip into a great experience!!

The staff in the pharmacy and the store are just tremendous! I highly recommend this Walgreens over any other store in the area!

Waited on the phone for 20 min and no one in the pharmacy picked up. Patients should be able to reach a pharmacy associate. While I was in hold, my husband called the closest CVS to get the question answered.
