Ryan was extremely helpful. I had placed an order online to pick up at our local Verizon. Ryan was key to getting my order through the hoops with Verizon Corporate. He did a great job explaining the situation and resolution. The next day he had everything ready and set aside for me to pick up after work. Everything was very convenient on my end; definitely ask for Ryan.

Javier went out of his way, literally to be at the store, set up my new phone, etc. I've been with Verizon for 22 years and my last phone was dying. I could have saved $100s at Costco, but didn't want to be exposed to the crowd. He arranged to meet me at the store privately to avoid exposure. Great service and worth the extra cost! Thanks again!

Tamiliz (oh my gosh please forgive me if I misspelled her name) but she was awesome. She was the manager from another store and training a new guy...but honestly, she handled EVERYTHING on her own and was so great at it. Her people skills are TOP notch. I mean, who has fun in a cellular store?? I did today😉 Thank you, Tamiliz!!

ariel was really great. super efficient and kind and for working by themself all morning they handled every customer that came in while I was there really well and with care. I usually hate going to the ~phone store~ wherever it may be but this was a good experience !!!!

Raymond is the best! He was very helpful, set up my phone, helped me try on cases and answered all of my questions: This store is also way better than others. It’d way less crowded than other stores, aka wait time (if there is any) Is minimal. Highly recommend- ask for Raymond!!

Cecelia is "magnificent" ... she was responsive and receptive to my complex situation. Without her assistance ... I would be up a creek without a paddle. I will definitely go back and purchase a new phone when the situation arises. Thank you sooo much!

Russell cellular gave quick and efficient service I had to transfer data from one phone to the other and the corporate Verizon stores were closed that are nearby I was happy to have the service from Ryan at the store
