Publix Super Market at Alton Town Center

Very big supermarket, not often crowded, sometimes it’s difficult to find things like milk and eggs, but usually they are well stocked. The people there are very nice and friendly. The chicks are hot

They always have the freshest produce, awesome meat and fish selections and just about everything else I need.

Great, friendly staff and customer service team. Fresh products is a plus.

Love this Publix. Feels like a home away from home. Cashiers and baggers are always super friendly.

A really lovely Plant and Flower dept. As with any store nowadays, it seems grocery items run out, particularly BOGO. I understand Mon. and Tues. are good days to shop for, availability. There is a salad and hot bar buffet in the deli, early evening - I never arrived on time to try it.

Great store, always super clean and so close to home, it's impossible not to go regularly.

Chris and Michelle were amazing. Chris gave me the lowest price available for my prescription regardless of me having a cupon. No one does that anywhere else. I am always pleased with the service we get at this Publix pharmacy. Thank you.

Doing a review based off of the sub that I ordered. It was easily in the top 3 of best subs that I have ordered before. I ordered the honey turkey sub with spinach, lettuce, onion, and a garlic aeoli sauce. Ask in ask the store is easy to navigate and very clean. But the sub was 5/5.

I actually live next to the Publix by the Bluffs which is terrible so drive to the Alton Square location because it's that much better. I was starting to give up on Publix until I discovered this store. It's immaculately clean and well stocked. The parking lot is tricky. If you live in the area this is the better location to shop, in my imho.

Full of wonderful merchandise to choose from.. very comfortable to browse around..

People working here are always extremely friendly and helpful.

The best part of this Publix is the pineapple cutting machine. And it doesn’t cost more!

My hubby’s favourite Publix. Clean, well-organized, always plenty of checkout staff so you aren’t waiting around right when you want to get going with freezer foods in the cart - and the same great level of customer service we’ve come to expect from Publix. They have a British Food section and a pharmacy. Something different in this Publix I noticed is the hot food in the deli dept for lunch and dinner times - laid out like Whole Foods buffet - so ready made meals like checkin wings, jasmine rice, couscous, etc., to simply take mix/match then take out.

Love Alton, love the store setup. Love vibe at the store. Employees are solo nice. Clean store everything looks great.

Great products. Clean and well organized. Cheese section is the best. Ask the cheese lady for help she’s fantastic and very helpful.

It’s a great place to go shopping at if you ever need anything at all.

The Alton store is always clean, stocked, & organized. All the employees are very courteous & helpful. Definitely a very busy store, but I always leave with what I came in for. Pharmacy is always well trained & knowledgeable about medications & apothecary. Also you can never go wrong getting a delicious Publix sub from the deli. Made fresh just the way you want it.
