Publix Super Market at Frenchman's Crossing

I love this store because it's smaller and very few people especially in the evening. You can be in and out quickly. Always clean

I had an amazing experience with Alex today. Despite the fact he does not work for Instacart, he still went above and beyond to make sure my last minute curbside pickup happened! Not only that, but he was just walking up to the curbside picking area with my order as I pulled up and timed it perfectly. Thanks Alex!

I love this Publix......but it is Extremely Busy, as the next closest Publix is being remolded until mid-2025.

Beautiful experience. Everyone from the deli man who made my sub to the cashier who rang me out had a beautiful smile and energy and you could tell they beehives their jobs and loved helping which is rare these days. Also want to commend the grey haired older man (apologies I didn’t get his name) who usually does carts, he on multiple occasions is super friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Kudos to you all!

The rooms were immaculate. The staff was extremely pleasant and inviting. The hot breakfast was delicious.

From check in to check out, it was a great experience. On my business trips in that area I would definitely book there again.

I have never had a more pleasant experience than when I met Harriet who I believe works in the deli department. She is so personable and helpful. She just seems so diligent in everything she does. A real asset to the store. Hope her manager sees this!

The best part of going to Publix’s is seeing Connor. He has an amazing work ethic and attitude. I always wait in his line no matter how long it is. Connor, is always friendly, kind and takes the time to ask you how you are. Connor, you are amazing! Thank you for making this world a better place. You truly bless us all with your presence.

Clean, Isles are easy to navigate stores laid out conveniently. There is nothing out of place I could see.

One of the best Publix locations around. Very friendly, professional staff and super clean.
My only bad experience in this store was on 12-31-20. Rude, sloppy customers wearing face masks around their necks had already started drinking (best guess) and started trouble when another customer asked them to "do the right thing - protect the staff, the people who are keeping this store open every day -- AND WEAR YOUR FACE MASK ON YOUR FACE - OVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE" (A reasonable suggestion)

SADLY, staff said nothing. They have been bullied, cursed at and threatened by some customers so NOW, they say nothing to protect themselves. Publix needs to hire security staff and take care of their employees. It's the least they could do since they have not yet vaccinated their employees.

Ashley in the pharmacy is the Best, perfect professional with wit and kindness! So glad she gave my husband & I our J & J vaccines because she made us so comfortable, even noticed I’m left handed and gave me my vaccine in right arm. Ashley was meant to take care of others- lucky to have her at our Publix ❣
