My boss gets his materials here for electrical work, and they always go out of their way to make sure he has everything to do the job

I find it very interesting that this business has a five star rating it must be all their families and friends who are giving feedback. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible and when you are not in the industry and need assistance on certain parts and materials they cannot be bothered to help you out. They will be quick to inform you that anything you purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. So it is well worth it to make the trip to Tampa or Lakeland to get what you need and deal with professionals.

Unhelpful. Trying to locate parts for commercial job. Got the run around and was told my parts not anywhere in FL and would need to order from Factory? Felt like the young kid who answered knew nothing about the job.
Called another store location and was taken care of immediately by knowledgeable staff. Poor customer service and management. Go elsewhere if you can.
