Well, I had a great experience. The young lady was very helpful. So I gave the birthday charm to her on her birthday and she loved it, and I will give her the M on 12/22/23 for that is her wedding day and her last name will start with an M. Thanks again for your help.

We came into Kiefers trying to design a custom wedding band with stones I had. Aubrey was very helpful and determined to find me a design that I would like. She also took the time to organize our accounts within their system so that we could continue earning reward points. We will continue to support one of Dade City’s small businesses because they are wonderful!

I went there and it was my first time ver stepping foot in a jewelry store, and they women behind the counters helped me pick the perfect ring and even told me about a promo that allowed me to get a matching necklace or earrings for no additional charge. They did the best that anybody could ever hope to achieve in customer service!

Monique, Stephanie, and John at the Kiefer Jewelers Lutz store have always provided me with outstanding service and support with the purchasing of Estate Jewelry over the years. They have also serviced both mine and my wife's Rolex watches. They also sent my son's Tudor watch out for servicing by a responsible Jeweler.

I came to Keifer Jewelers with a picture of a ring I wanted custom made for an anniversary gift. Brittany went right to work and promptly sent me a computer design for my approval. It was perfect and I gave my approval to build this custom piece. They delivered this ring to me in less time than normal in order to meet my anniversary date. It is a stunning ring that is a hit everywhere its seen. Thank you so much Brittany for first class service from a first class store.

We worked with Jazmin to find the perfect diamond. I wanted very high quality and she didn't quit until she found me the perfect stone. She kept me posted throughout the process and was so pleasant and fun to work with, not to mention we ended up with an absolutely beautiful ring for less than half the price that I found at other places. Brought my rings in to be remade into a 25th anniversary 3 stone ring. I had ideas in my head of what I wanted, and worked with Bob Blair on the design process. Bob listened patiently as I described what I was wanting to do, along with the importance of using all my diamonds from my original wedding set, along with my Mom’s diamond ring. I told him I wanted to keep my wedding ring a sentimental ring, by adding my Mom’s to mine.
He created the design I had in my head, all the while offering his expertise on ways to make my diamonds stand out, suggestions on thickness of the bands, and ways to make the most out of the materials I brought him to work with.
I picked up my ring yesterday, and was amazed at how exact the actual ring looked as compared to the design mold! It is exactly as I had envisioned in my head, and is even more beautiful today than yesterday! Although it has a completely different look to it, it feels just like the ring I’ve worn for the past 25 years, except now my Mother’s presence is even closer to me now that our rings are combined into one.
I have bought jewelry from Kiefer’s over the years, and they were my first pick when deciding to do a custom ring. Bob was awesome to work with, he knows his job well and is so easy to talk with. I would highly recommend Bob and Kiefer Jewelers to anyone needing custom work done.

Salesman Bob Blaire was the first to greet me after entering the store. He was very polite and eager to help with whatever I was looking for. My experience with Kiefer Jewelry was excellent and will bring me back for my future purchases.

This place has been so easy to deal with and has been patient. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and all my options were laid out to me. Bob Blair was beyond just a sales clerk, he answered all our requests on the Gold Nugget ring.
We first saw this ring on Saturday during the Kumquat Festival.
We returned yesterday and purchased the ring.
Sig had lost one similar to this a few yrs back near a snowbank while out with our dog in Wisconsin.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Kiefer's in Dade City yesterday. We went in to buy a very inexpensive Christmas gift for our niece. We were helped by Candace who was lovely, kind and attentive. She was very knowledgeable, and gave us the same amazing level of service as if we were spending thousands of dollars. While she was gift wrapping our purchase we browsed around the store and ended up purchasing a beautiful piece of jewelry. Everyone we encountered in the store could not have been nicer. We would not hesitate to go back.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured to get done or to purchase. I had a blast working with the salespeople. I highly recommend this store for quality jewelry and helpful staff.
