WESLEY CHAPEL COIN LAUNDROMAT

This is among the best laundromats I've ever seen. Last time I was there, I happened to meet the couple who own it and I was genuinely impressed. After seeing first-hand how extremely thoroughly they cleaned every inch of the place, I actually thought to myself "I so wish they owned a local restaurant instead of a laundromat!!" If they did, we might never eat at home again, since it's so hard to find truly clean restaurants anymore. Plus, one has to respect business owners who do the less glamorous parts of the job themselves. I only go to a laundromat occasionally to wash rugs that require industrial machines, but I now know there's no reason to even consider a different laundromat when I do go. The rest of my review is an amendment, since I only looked at some other reviews after writing mine. Sadly, there are a few bad reviews over what really seem to be ridiculous things. Not saying hello to every person in the laundromat isn't a legitimate basis for a scathing complaint designed to hurt someone's business. It's a laundromat, not a social club. Also, it simply makes no sense to spend an extra $5 on gas to save 50 cents at a less convenient laundromat. Perhaps this business isn't really gouging anyone, and is simply charging what's required to pay higher rent than in far worse shopping centers with filthy laundromats where half the machines don't work and you go home with bugs in your clothes. My original review focused on cleanliness because I was initially impressed by that. However, the main reasons we'll only go here is because I'd rather spend an extra dollar to go someplace nearby with lots of quality machines, available in a good range of sizes, and that are kept in good working condition. Plus, especially for when my wife goes alone, I'm also far more comfortable with the safety and cleanliness here than at most laundromats. Thank you for serving our community well. We're glad to be patrons of a well-run small business and will certainly continue, despite whatever small mistakes might be made (if any of the ones claimed were even legitimate).

Ms. Laura is a great! I bring blankets and bedding there several times a week for cleaning service for My short term rental property.

Had to catch up on laundry after washer and dryer broke but waiting to be fixed. This was the best laundry experience I’ve ever had at a laundromat!! Laura is amazing! She was the sweetest, most helpful and welcoming. She was cleaning the whole time I was there and keeps the place sparkling! She definitely keeps everybody on track with the rules which is great to have a nice place to do laundry. The prices are great for the machines and washers and dryers work well!! Note that you have to get dollar coins for machines there, scrounging up quarters before I left didn’t help me out haha. While doing my laundry I was speaking to another woman that says she has been coming to this laundromat for 7 years because of Laura!! Thank you for making my nightmare situation turn more positive, Laura!!!

Very nice. Clean and always available washer's. Most public laundromats are always packed and have machine's that are broken.

I come here every week and Laura is great. The laundromat is ALWAYS very clean. I love how big the washers are and the dryers dry quick. Everyone I have talked to while waiting have been really nice people. If you need to use a coin laundry come here.

Coin Laundry is an laundromat, Always clean! The arcade machine is a plus for me:)

Best Coin Laundry in North Tampa!!! Laura is Always helpful, Friendly, and given me many Great tips to Clean and Dry my Laundry Faster and Better for Less!!! Just Follow the posted Rules and Show up at least an Hour before they Close and you will have a Great Experience!!! And Throw a Couple Coins in the Old School Arcade while your at it!!!

Laura has great customer service. She provided perfect experience… this was the first time coming to the laundry mat.. she was sooooo helpful.. she treated me like a family member., please do something special for her,. I sure will be referring my friends to come to the laundry mat …

I've been there 5 times, always different day of the week and different times, and it's never been so crowded that I've needed to wait for a machine or dryer. They have enough baskets so I've never waited for one and never saw anyone else waiting for it. They have vending machines for snacks and beverages in the back, which I've never used so I don't know how the selection or price is. They also have a bathroom which I've never used and never been inside, so I could not comment on its cleanliness. If I do either, I will update my review. All in all, if you're in a jam and need this service, I recommend this place. Oh, and they also offer drop-off service to wash, dry, and fold your clothes. (and, no, I've never used it and don't intend to)

I have been to a couple laundromats but this one by far is the best one hands down. I also had the pleasure to speak to the owner as she is amazing. You can tell that the owners care for the place.

This was my first experience at this particular laundromat. Its conveniently located close to where I live. Upon coming into the laundromat it was cool and clean. You have to use the dollar coins, which the change machine converts it for you. I didn't have any issues with using the coins. There are large washers/dryers available and all the machines appeared to be in good working condition.

Plenty of washers and dryers. Reasonable too! I can't remember what the name of it was...but the Japanese restaurant that's like 3 stores down has great food!

A little pricey but as long as you remember to get golden dollar coins from the change machine for both washers and dryers you'll be good. I was in and out with four loads in less then two hours. Well air conditioned too!

I have never been to a laundromat but was forced to use your facility today. Your employee, Lora was extremely nice and very helpful like a mom.

I have always had a good experience with this laundromat. It is very convenient when needing to do multiple loads of laundry. Also, Laura has always been extremely helpful whenever I have had any issues.

This is the cleanest and nicest laundry mat in the Pasco county area. I'm new to laundry mat's and I've been to a couple in Zephyrhills and Dade City and they are all run down and nasty. I live about 30 minutes from here and am only paying a couple dollars more than what I would pay at the LM's closer to my area. I am not sure what her name is but the woman working on 6/8/21 stopped me from using my money to buy a box of dryer sheets and offered to give me some! I will definitely be coming back here any time I need to do laundry. 10****'s!
