Got my very first facial here, and I don’t want to go anywhere else! They were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, Ajaya (my esthetician specialist) was so kind and very helpful in figuring out what type of facial I needed for my skin type. I definitely recommend coming here for your facial and/or waxing needs!

Kisha gave me an expressed facial and I have to say it was amazing. She’s absolutely amazing with her hands. Absolutely remarkable. Not to mention I got my bimonthly full Brazilian by Bailey and she’s also highly recommended, I won’t go to anyone else for my waxing. Truly everyone here is so kind and amazing. Highly recommended.

I love getting my wax done with AJAYA ! She always has a positive attitude , she’s fun to talk to especially when he had a stressful day at work . I can just unwind she provides such a great atmosphere. She’s always great on time management as well ! She’s the best !!

I've been going for a few months now and I love it! I was getting waxed by Jessica before she left and she did such a great job and is very informative with any questions I had.

I went to Kevina for my most recent brazilian and she did a great job as well! The pain was honestly minimal (as much as it could be) and I'm glad I have her as my new go to!

Yessi did my wax. Even though it hurt, she tried her best to make me as comfortable as possible. She was funny and talked to me to try to keep my mind off of the pain.

I had my wax appointment last week and I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and thorough with the service. My specialist was Maya. It was her first week and she did a wonderful job. It is almost a week and I have no ingrown. Super happy and it is nearby. If you live in the Wesley chapel area that's the place to go.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I have never gone anywhere to get my eyebrows done except nail salons and they would always be done in a minute with mediocre results. Ever since I came to IWAXu, I have never felt more better! My waxing expert, Jessica, is phenomenal! Since day one she explains the process of what she will be doing and genuinely cares about how I am doing!
They also have later times available that most places don’t which is a huge plus!

I’ve been coming here for a year now. The services are always consistent. The smoothest wax I’ve ever had! The elastic wax grabs the hair and leaves my skin intact!

My appointment with Bailey was wonderful. She is very skilled, friendly, and professional. They take hygiene very seriously, the room was clean and comfortable, and she never double dipped into the wax. It was my first time trying elastic wax, and I found that it was almost completely pain free, and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I would highly recommend this studio, and Bailey in particular

I just experienced my very first facial by Ajaya, I have never felt more relaxed then I did today. She was so thorough, I even fell asleep. My skin was so smooth, I was complimented on my skins natural glow. If you have ever questioned getting a facial and have been waiting for a sign, well, here it is, GET A FACIAL NOWWWWW, you will not be disappointed.
If you’re looking for a business that will have you leaving more confident than when you came, Iwaxu is definitely where you need to be, highly recommended.

I'm so glad I found this place! Bailey was amazing, so welcoming, inclusive, and understanding. I was nervous, but she put me at ease. She frequently asked me if I was ok and if I was feeling pain, which was greatly appreciated. It was the least painful waxing I've ever had and I'm very sensitive. (This is nothing like nail salon waxing, they're professional and very clean. The office is like a doctor's office.) She's very thorough too. I felt so smooth after. She definitely exceeded my expectations. I will go to her from now on and recommend her to anyone. She's the best.

Location: I was very pleased with the late evening scheduling availability, as it allowed me to stop by after work and a few errands. The office was very clean and neat, and had a great ambiance.

Staff: I had my first Brazilian with Megan about a month ago. I’m a little late in writing this review, but she definitely deserves some acknowledgement. Her great personality and professionalism is what brought me back a second time. She’s very personable, has a genuinely great vibe, and really takes pride in offering a great experience.

Been a full body was man for years and J ema and her staff rock. Best in the country if you ask me. Her new place is very nice too! If thinking of trying it out or long time participant of waxing.. you can't go wrong.

Went to get a wax by Jema! My expectations were already good but she exceeded them. She was very friendly and made it not awkward at all. I’m still smooth & did not have any skin problems afterwards. Pricing is fair, and she was super quick and efficient. I will definitely be back for another wax and probably other services!
