CVS has consistently been our pharmacy of choice for procuring medications and receiving essential vaccines, including the pivotal COVID-19 vaccine through their MinuteClinic.

The staff at CVS has consistently demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and a commitment to providing outstanding customer care. Our interactions with them have been seamless, and we've encountered no issues in our transactions. The store itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for customers. The clear markers on the aisles have proven invaluable, making it effortless to locate the medications we require with ease.

Our experience with CVS has been nothing short of reliable, and the combination of efficient service, cleanliness, and helpful staff makes it a trusted destination for our pharmaceutical needs.

The only reason for the 5 stars is Sierra in the pharmacy. I stopped one day after going to urgent care. They were swamped to say the least. Understaffed and a line longer than the Mason Dixon. Regardless, that young lady ran them whole front. She had two registers going, took new Rx’s and triage questions coding in the pharmacist when she was needed. Things ran smoothly, efficiently and people were impressed. I was there for 1.5hrs waiting for my rx to be filled. She kept it running the whole time. One lady had an issue while I was there. It was nothing to do with her, it was a system issue. You need more of her, and appreciate her for the ability to assist effectively.

I had a problem with a prescription and it’s way too long and boring to explain. The drug company repackaged this drug so that I had to pay $300 where I normally pay $90. My husband without knowing picked up the prescription for me and paid the outrageous amount. I was so upset. I discussed this with the associate and she figured it all out for me. My husband was refunded and I was charged the appropriate amount. I didn’t see a name tag but she usually works the “drop off”. I have always been treated well here but today the staff was exceedingly helpful. This is why I continue to use this particular CVS.

Chris is by far the best pharmacy manager I've ever met. I was in major pain from a double ear infection and I just came back to CVS to exchange my prescription to save some money. He saw that I needed help and took care of me. He made my exchange quick and easy, wished me well, and I saved money. Highly recommend!

The pharmacy is very professional and accommodating. They work with my insurance plan to cover my prescriptions and their on line photo service is very good and fast!

I had to go to the Mintue Clinic. Everyone was pleasant.

Chris, one of the pharmacists at this CVS location, is a Godsend!

Corporate executives within CVS, listen up! You want this man to remain in your customer service arsenal! You should see if he is willing to oversee programs within the company to teach customer service skills to other pharmacists company wide/nationwide! I would always make sure this man is satisfied in his employment with my company!

I had a subpar experience with a local urgent care, in which my urgently needed prescriptions were sent to another local CVS (inside of Target) which was closed for the day. The urgent care had also closed in the three minutes it took me to go across the parking lot & inside Target to try & have my prescriptions filled. I went back & gently knocked on the urgent car's glass front door, but the staff looked up, noticed me, then continued to just collect their things to leave out the back door.

I called this CVS on 56 & Bruce B. Downs, to inquire about the possibility of having a prescription transferred. Thankfully, Pharmacist Chris answered the phone. I told him of my situation, & he even correctly guessed which urgent care & pharmacy had precipitated my malady.

Chris told me to come on in with my discharge paperwork, & he would see what he could do for me.

I immediately headed over, & within 5 minutes of making the call to Chris, he was already beginning to call around & get my prescriptions verified & filled. Within another 15 minutes, I had my prescriptions in hand & was on the road to recovery! Chris even wrote "Feel better!" on my prescription bags!

The man is a class act, & a truly caring human being! No doubt the man loves, & is dedicated to his job!

Chris, I can't say enough positive things about your ethic & customer service! I do feel much better, now that I have treatment for my illness in a timely manner! You ROCK, dude! Thank you eternally!

Great pharmacy service! Was there last week to get my prescription filled after having some dental work done. I was in so much pain, and could barely talk. The pharmacy was extremely busy and had a lot going on, but the staff remained friendly and patient. They continuously kept checking on my script and kept me updated with how much longer it would take to be filled. The ladies did a great job at facilitating everyones need in a speedy manne,r considering how busy they were. Very courteous and kind.

I use the drive thru pharmacy all the time for my kids prescriptions since it’s so convenient. This Friday, my husband and I booked an appoint for the minute clinic so we could get our flu shots.

The doctor had an unexpectedly long appointment that day was almost an hour behind. Chris, from the pharmacy, heard us talking about about it while on his way out the door. He came straight over and offered to help. With in 15 mins, we had our flu shots and were on our way. I was both amazed and grateful for the wonderful and friendly customer service.

I've rated this CVS location five out of five stars when compared to other 8CVS locations and other pharmacies in general. This is my neighborhood drug store and the location is easily accessible, has ample parking and the store is clean and well kept. I often find good deals on several staple items such as nuts and chocolate but you have to watch their sales fliers. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is often busy but the staff has always been competent and answered my questions.

This CVS has by far the best service ever!! I appreciate all the employees who work here especially Faye! Walmart can’t ever be fully great with one service that’s why CVS strives at being the best pharmacy! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK!

I went into this CVS to have a picture taken for a British passport which requires a certain size picture. I believe the gentleman was the manager who helped me. I was wearing a white shirt (not good on a white background), and he even took a new, small coloured blanket for me to place around my shoulders to take the photo. He was kind, courteous, patient and more than generous with his time, while also dealing with questions from associates to help other customers. Its easy for us to complain but lets take more time to compliment and give praise when we come across such incredible leadership. I think CVS should promote him!!!!!

This is literally the best CVS in the area, although I’m not a fan, the staff here is efficient and courteous while treating customers with respect. Literally saved my daughter from having seizures when the other pharmacy down the street also CVS dropped the ball.

Tatiana in the pharmacy department was great! She took the time to call another pharmacy to get the prescription transferred. She even had our prescriptions ready in 20 minutes. I hope she knows how much we appreciated her service.

Always has been friendly and professional , understand this place is 24/7 and can get a tad busy at times. (maybe the busiest pharmacy in New Tamp/WC area) Trust me at midnight or 1am this place will come through for you when others are closed. Highly recommend them.

I always get great service here. The Pharmacists are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. There is never a long line and they always have what I need in stock. Also love the coupons. What else can you ask of a Pharmacy tat is also a very convenient 24 hr store?

This is a great cvs. The service is great and the pharmacy is on point. Chris is awesome.

The minute clinic is so convenient. I have been there a few times for colds and they are able to prescribe you right away. If you don't mind being seeing by an NP rather than an MD this is a great choice.

I just moved here from Mass so everyone seemed so nice from the pharmacy to the checkout...Obviously much different than the boston area...Got a transfer with NO issues and he even used a discount card and got me a cheaper price since my blue cross deductible has skyrocketed to 6000...(but that's another story)lol...Plus they sell wine!! Much different from the east coast....So,,I'm sold!!
