American Pizza Oven

Loved the pizza. I'm fairly new to the area and have been unsuccessful in finding good pizza. American Pizza Oven will be my new spot for pizza. It's small, casual and clean. The tabletops were painted to theme in a red, white and blue . I had two slices of cheese with a soda for $6.95 for lunch. Soda is refillable and the Pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. A thin crispy crust which I prefer. So happy I found them. I definitely will be going back

We’ve eaten here several times and it’s always 100% yum! Finally tried the burger. So good!! Definitely get the pepperoni bombs! Garlic knots are so yummy and the deep fried pizza is one of a kind!

This place is amazing and the staff is so friendly too. We are inside this time. Last time we had delivery. The food is so good. The burgers are humongous. I had the Swiss burger, and it was so juicy and full of favor. We also ordered a pep and sausage pizza and a Philly sandwich. The Philly, like the burger, was loaded with flavor. They loved the pizza too.

We are visiting from NY. Both worked in Manhattan & Brooklyn for decades and know good pizza. We took a chance on American Pizza Oven and really happy we did. Thin tasty crust, yummy sauce, good amount of high quality cheese. I had mushrooms on 1/2 the pie and they were fresh and plentiful! Also ordered a Greek salad that was super fresh and chock-full of vegetables! Everything was served very fast and the pizza was nice &hot!
My husband even got a discount as a first responder( FDNY) . Nice people there.
We will definitely be back!!! So delicious!!

I’ve done take out and delivery from here. Their food is fantastic. First time I got a sausage and pepperoni calzone. To be honest, it could’ve been cooked a little longer but it tasted great. Same goes for the mozzarella sticks. Next time I got a 14 inch Hawaiian pizza for delivery, it came hot and tasted great also cooked perfectly. 🔥🔥

This was our first time here. We didn't get pizza this time, but the wings were AMAZING. My son loved his Philly cheessteak and my daughter got a burger. The food was great, the service was great and atmosphere was clean and comfy. We will ne back and highly recommend this little gem. 🥰

Very generous with the toppings too.
The chicken wings were very good!
I almost wish they offered a few extra flavors on the wings.

Absolutely the best pizza around. We ordered the meatlovers pizza, fried mushrooms, cheesy breadsticks and raspberry cheesecake chimis. All were fresh, hot and tasty. Will definitely make this place a regular.

Great pizza, great price, great customer service. There's a guy who makes and serves pizza who is extremely accommodating to my kids. It's our new favorite place! Thanks 👍

Great pizza place located in the heart of charming downtown Dade City. The menu has a large selection! Pictured is deep fried pepperoni pizza, fries, their lunch special of 2 cheese slices, and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Their jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks are wonderful as well! Definitely check it out!

Me and my love came here for a little date afternoon. It's in the prime of down town dade city, the service we received was amazing, very patient and the server didn't forget any of my extras :), the pizza was freshly cooked, we both ordered lunch specials which were about $7 , I got the two pieces of pizza both big NY slices, fries and drink, he got the fried pizza, fries and drink, which the fried pizza is AMAZING ! They had inside and outside dining. Very relaxed home town vibes. Definitely coming again to try the calzone.

Service was great. Can definitely tell the food is fresh. One of the staff gave my daughter a stuffed Easter Bunny and it absolutely made her day. 10/10 recommend!!!

Finally, a pizza with SAUCE! Love the little "kick" to the fried mushrooms too. Had the 2 slice lunch special while my husband ate a small pizza. I think I got the better deal. HUGE slices for the special. Picture with my hand over a slice for size comparison. I could eat only 1 of the slices. The second slice almost filled a small pie box! Will definitely be return customers 🥰

First time vist, the food was good. We had the lunch special a 6" Philly cheese steak and a meatball sub. They came with drinks and a side for less than $20! It's down town so at lunch time parking can be a issue. Service was friendly. We'll go back. Update came back next day and had fried mushrooms, deep fried pizza slice and 2 slices pepperoni pizza.

We have eaten here several times, and everything about this restaurant is awesome! The owners are great, their staff is great, they make great pizza, wings and sandwiches (even down to their homemade dipping sauces). The price is great as well! Skip the chain pizza places and come here!

My wife almost cried about how much she loved the GF pizza.
I had a pepperoni pie and it was fantastic.
Service was excellent and very friendly. We will be back.

American Pizza Oven is amazing! Food is absolutely delicious and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. My family looks forward to Friday night pizza each week.

First time here and my expectations were seriously blown out of the water. We had the philly pizza, Buffalo chicken pizza & hawaiian pizza. They were all so good! Even our kids didn't complain🤣 we'll be back for sure!

I eat here a lot. Yesterday I got my usual pepperoni pizza. As always it was hot fresh and delicious. But before I made it home my stomach started to rumble and I yachted the pizza up. The whole pizza. The only thing I noticed was the pepperoni Looked a little different than normal With that said I’m not sure if it was the pepperoni or something else. Not trying to bash American pizza. I love the place. And like I said I eat here all the time. Just wanted to bring it to their attention.

Had delivery to Mirada for the first time tonight. Pizza arrived in 40 minutes and was piping hot! Will be ordering again!
