Seven Acres RV Park & Sales

Seven acres seemed to be quiet and calm nice senior citizen mobile home part! They had a nice entrance that fried a little pine and I saw a few folks fishing there or sight seeing I'm not sure what they were up to, anyhow it seemed laid back, no crime or hoodlums in sight, and it seemed down to Earth country living!

We have a place there & it is a clean, quiet, & friendly park. The management is awesome. The lot rent is appropriate. Nice residents. Rec hall with bingo & planned pot lucks & entertainment! We love it!!!

I love this park I'm very comfortable here and the people are extremely great people the pool is very nice although I think it could be a little cooler but then that's just my thought

I have lived in between Seven Acres RV Park and Sunburst RV Park for 2 years. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Owner is on site, compassionate, as friendly as southern can get, and keeps his communities looking tip top. Jessica is who I deal with mostly and she is just the best. You have a question or need she can help you. Always a friendly face when passing through the neighborhood, all smiles and waves. Safe and quiet, beautiful duck filled pond, private catch and release stocked pond. It's relaxed country living close to Historic Downtown Dade City. If you are coming into the area.... or retreating for an extended stay. Come check us out. We love new people.

A tight knit community where approval is only given if you meet the criteria which includes but not limited to strict heart felt family standard that's all .If your not into 10mph yes sir no ma'am and being upright and quiet you won't belong.Cause they don't play and neither do the tenants.You may be worthy check it out .I credit this place because I have family here that are not blood related.Good people.

Seven Acres is a very friendly park very clean the owner is very well liked by everyone that lives here and Sunburst he is one of the hardiest workers i have seen in some time the parks are clean and well maintained. There is a hudge club house for anyone at both parks . the day we came here was one of the best. Thanks for all Mr. Cole and all of his employees does to make you feel welcome and for keeps the parks so nice. Linda Overmyer

I love this place,been here almost a year.People are very friendly,it is very safe.The price is great for the amenities.It is close to lots of good shopping and restraints.Very relaxing

Wonderful RV Park in a great location to just about everything! Relaxing amenities, friendly neighborhood and attentive management. The owner is on site and takes really great care of the park! Would definitely recommend!

7 acres RV is a great place to live, the owner and management are great. Very clean and nice park everybody in it is very very friendly I would recommend this RV park to anybody.

Its one of the cleanest parks on this side of town and you can buy propane as well for all who dont know! 😍
