Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

First time going, and Valentina was very helpful. She explained both their service and available flavors. The yogurt felt like something that could easily replace the guilty pleasure of having an ice cream.

I liked their options! It’s my 4th time visiting a Menchie’s Location and I enjoyed it! Highly recommend it! The only thing is that some of their machines weren’t working. But there were other flavor options. Yummy!

They have amazing products, and my kids love their yogurt. Saray's attention was helpful and kind, I'm definitely keeping my weekly visit to this business!

Yesterday I visit this location and honestly I never try before this Ice cream, it was absolutely amazing the location it’s pretty easy to park and the staff they are very friendly thank you Grecia to guide me and explain to me about Menchie’s experience 10/10

VERY GOOD! Great variety of toppings! $0.61oz I love their Nutella Ice Cream 😍 and the spoons are super cute! Definitely a great treat for the kids or even a great reward for good grades!

Today I was at the Loop West store, you will know a unique choice, since there is a great variety to choose from, the toppings also have a great variety, super fresh fruits and the best, the spectacular strawberries with chocolate. My family and I met some very attentive girls who guided us and gave us recommendations for combinations. I recommend this place, super nice to spend some time after shopping. Thank you .....

Very good! It’s always busy here. Sometimes run out of favorite flavor. Love that the add on item toppings are now in a separate container. Easier and not as messy.

Whenever I want to eat a Menchie's ice cream I go to this location to eat my favorite flavor, Grecia she’s amazing she helps me and my family without a doubt 100% recommended

Great, the place, the super cheerful staff, they guide you and recommend flavors. They gave me a taste of Acai and they recommended a recipe that was fantastic. I had never heard of it and the girl who attended me explained to me where her seed comes from. I went today as soon as they opened their door at 11 am and now I just left and the girls worry about asking customers for review, I am not one to give opinions but it is a place to like and return I like the amount of flavors and toppings they have, a good plan to start the weekend.

I absolutely love this place! Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. I am obsessed with the fact that you get to control the quantity of the froyo and toppings. They always have great flavors and their free rewards program is a must if you visit often! I have already been awarded $15 worth of froyo. Their spoons are very cute and reusable. I have collected them over the last couple of years and my kids use them as cereal spoons!

Ive been a fan of Menchies at The Loop for over 5 years now, what I like the most is the wide selection of froyo offered including sugar free and low fat. This location is most of the time packed of people and their employees managed to keep it clean, organized and stocked.

I ordered a frozen yogurt birthday cake for my son's fifth birthday. It was my first time ever ordering a cake from Menchies (normally I would order from Publix). Not only did my son love this cake, but the adults were also blown away.

Moreover, the interactions I've had with the Menchies employees leading up to the birthday were all very pleasant and amicable.

Menchies will definitely be getting more cake orders from my family.
