Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn

Perfect location for a young family visiting in town since it’s right by Hwy 395. 24/7 Gym is next to the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. All guests have free breakfast. Sauna is currently under repair but not a deal breaker. Walkable to Walmart, Walgreens, McDonald’s, movie theaters, and restaurants. Parking was plenty and lighted. In room microwave and fridge were useful. I would say it’s a really family-friendly hotel. We’ll be coming back again next weekend for a tournament in town!

Great pet friendly option, though expect a $35 pet fee. The lobby was very inviting, the room was very clean, spacious, and had great amenities, the bed was very comfortable! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

They've got the best little coffee machine. Great rooms. Clean, quiet. Not bad location. Plenty around. Food, Walmart, Starbucks Gas stations anything you need

Great hotel. The staff was most excellent. Checking in was a breeze and the young lady was super helpful. The pool and hottub being open 24 hrs is awesome. Great clean facility. The breakfast is great ,scrambled eggs and hashbrowns and sausage patties one morning. Ham patties the next morning. Waffles and all the fixings. Really good coffee. Great job ladies. The maid service was helpful when we needed something. Our first-time here..It won t be our last.

The BW Kennewick is my other go-to for the tri cities dependent on what part of town I'm working in. It feels newer and is definitely kept up and clean. Rooms are nice. Close to the highway and food options. Service has always been quite good.

Wonderful Best Western! From the front desk staff to the breakfast in the morning was great! Girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and above all CLEAN :). We stay in quite a few hotels, and the Best Western Hotel is our go to for quality in a stay. Thank you!!

Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided such great service from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen. We especially appreciated Natasha who made us feel welcome, and the breakfast was hot, full of options and made on point! The sauna was unfortunately out of service, but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hotel was dog friendly, handicap accommodating, and they even provided microfiber towels for our motorcycle. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Awesome, awesome. The room was huge, clean, staff friendly and receptive. I slept well.

The hotel is very comfortable and homey. The staff is superior, especially the wonderful breakfast lady who took great care in making delicious breakfast each day. She greets everyone like they are in her home. The pool is open 24 hours, as well as the gym. Can't say enough great things about this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and they give you many different types of pillows (regular fill, or down-like) so you can choose which one or two, or three are to your liking. Cable TV has premium channels unlike a lot of hotels these days. They have daily maid services if you need a cleanup or just refresh your towels or ask for more toiletries. All in all a 10!!

Clean,well appointed rooms. Have never been disappointed with stopping here. Breakfast is good. Clerks are very helpful and nice. I absolutely love to stop here on my travels!

This Hotel is Conveniently close to the entrance of Kenniwick Washington off of Highway 84-to -82. I stop very late after my long travels. Very kind Customer service staff, room was a 10 rating in all areas. Comfort, cleanliness, hygiene needs. Woke with a very good cup of coffee, in the room. Which is unique. My experience with each person, was welcoming and I would recommend this Hotel based on all of the above reasons. Safe Travels.

Clean spacious room. Tv worked great. Appliances in the room were clean as well.
Great free breakfast in the morning too with dairy free options. Pillows were extra soft and squishy. Only downside with our particular room was that even though it was on the third floor, our window was eye level with the Walmart parking lot.

That being said, there are lots of food and store options within walking distance so that’s nice as well.

Very nice hotel, staff were so nice and friendly, I was towing a trailer and they had plenty of parking.

We did have a slight issue with our room but the issue was immediately handled. They have great customer service and I loved the location. We will definitely be back!

Spent the 4th of july there with my family, did the king suite. Was very big, and the staff was very responsive on the needs we had threw our stay extra towels etc. The pool is 24 hours, and the continental breakfast was a plus for my kids will definitely be going back!!! Thank you for the memories!!!

Right off the freeway I was expecting it to be noisy, but our room was quiet. Comfortable. Clean. Breakfast was of excellent quality. Plenty of shopping and fast food nearby.

Friendly service desk, quiet room and great selections for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

I rarely write reviews, but the experience we just had and the amazing service we received warrants one! Every employee we dealt with appeared genuinely happy to be there AND happy to help us.
The rooms and beds are always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options are great! They even offer almond milk by request. It is also a great hotel for pets. The fee is reasonable and the grassy area outside is really nice.
The pool and hot tub are very clean also.
This hotel is a win-win for our entire family - two-legged and four-legged, and it is a great comfort knowing we can count on consistency and great service every summer when we drive through this area!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. Really a great place to stay! It's a pretty modest hotel so nothing fancy or upscale but things we clean and in working order. Every staff interaction was great and the hotel wasn't too noisy. The breakfast was excellent so far as hotel breakfasts go and the pool was nice to have as well. The location is convenient but it can take a while to get out onto the highway since you have to compete with all the traffic coming out of Walmart. All things considered, would definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing, we met another family there, and they put our rooms across from each other. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and everything was very clean. They even have a lovely little pond outside the back. I would highly recommend it in the future!
