Got with VyStar around 2 months ago and was welcomed right away. I received help from Dawnmarie who walked me through every process while giving me crucial details along the way step by step which really helped in the long run with making my decision. I could tell she just wanted me to be happy and I can say I am which is why I’m just now writing this after so long. Thank you so much Dawnmarie, You’re forever appreciated by me.

I always have a great experience in the Ormond branch! From refinancing my car to simple deposits I’m always in and out quickly. Everyone always has a smile on their face and greets me as soon as I walk in. This branch is the best for sure!

I have been using VyStar for 7 years. Every time I’ve had to go inside a branch I have received what feels like VIP treatment. I recently moved to the area and made my first trip to this branch because I needed to make some changes to my account. Michael K. went well above and beyond! He helped me figure out a strategy that was best for me and would directly benefit my future plans. I left feeling like he cared about my success on a personal level. My son will be 18 in a few months and I will be visiting Michael again to help us get him set for his own journey. I know he will be in great hands.

The family atmosphere that Ms. Jamie and her team create daily is phenomenal. They always make us feel like family. This branch is more than a bank, it’s a team, and it’s family!

Recently we visited your establishment in Ormond Beach Florida to secure a certification of deposit. The gentleman who took care of us was Jared Anderson. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He obviously had command of his duties. He was pleasant and efficient. A few days later we returned to the same branch to conduct another transaction and this time we were assisted by Jennifer Shipman. Again it was a pleasant transaction. She was extremely adept at her job and was a delight to deal with.
They are both a credit to your organization.

I had the best experience with Vystar, working in customer service it always starts with the first person you meet then it is a domino effect. My first interaction came with Kimberly E. who was very polite and helpful in the resources I needed. She then referred me to Robert N who was very informative, communication was excellent and provided me with all the information I needed. I then heard from Jessica L. who was on point and her emails were very prompt and replies were sent back in a timely manner. This team duo was excellent from start to finish the communication with them all was superb. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you all for meeting my needs with Vystar.

Vystar was the best bank ever until they switched their software/changed platforms a year ago and they dragged their customers thru the mud for 6 months. It was brutal and I almost left 100 times, but thankfully things are running smooth again. I'm still not as happy as before, but I had the good fortune of working with Jared at the Ormond Branch and he provided such excellent service that I'm glad to give this 5 star review.

My experience today with Jennifer was excellent. Not only today but two weeks ago as well. Jennifer is definitely an asset to this credit union and so is the staff. I am moving to Ormond Beach and look forward to banking here.

We had researched different banking institutions around us and felt that VyStar had everything we wanted and needed. Boy were we right! The Branch in Ormond Beach was a little crowded when we arrived but they were very responsive to let us know they would be with us soon. It was worth the few minutes we had to wait. Jennifer Shipman took time to listen to our concerns and what we wanted to accomplish. She advised us and helped us choose exactly what type of accounts we needed. She then meticulously filled out all our paperwork, provided us we necessary information in a very professional and courteous manner.
