Regency Inn & Suites

Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect: across the street from the beach and the Wednesday market and minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Staff at the front desk went above and beyond in helping me out with a special request, and they are all very nice. No complaints at all. Will be my first call for future trips to St. Augustine.

Place is clean and the bed was uncomfortable. Pillows are not the best so bring your own. Front desk lady was great. NO BREAKFAST. only down fall. No bugs and no mold. Shower was hot and clean. Area is nice and across the street from the beach. It is behind a gas station. If you are looking for something cheap, this is your place.

The most relaxing hotel I've had the pleasure of staying. Clean, comfortable rooms, and pleasant staff. Everything within walking distance. This is my 3rd stay here and everytime I stay I am pleased. The only downside is there is no laundry facility, but it's vacation so the laundry can wait. If you're looking for the Ritz, keep looking! But if you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable get away, this definitely marks the spot!

We stay at Regency on A1A Beach Rd. for 5 nights. We had an excellent experience. Room was clean,cleaning staff very helpful.Bryan at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us. Highly recommend choosing Regency.

Although we had a concern with our room, the desk clerk was quick to make it right. Across the road from the beach, making sunrise viewing possible. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I chose this hotel based on reviews. And I want to add my positive feedback. We were very warmly welcomed at the reception. The room turned out to be spacious, cozy and clean, cleanliness is very, very important for us! There are minor drawbacks, the furniture needs to be updated a little, there is nowhere to dry the swimsuit after the ocean and the pool. And the beds, you need to vacuum Frein, he's covered in sand.

Great motel for the price, the rooms look like if they has been redone recently, the room was clean. good parking, laidy at the front desk was friendly, entry on the old A1A, close from the beach. a lot of restaurant near by . and other attraction.

This is one of my new favorite places to go! We stopped by for one night on our way back from Port of Miami and wished we could have stayed longer. It is directly across the street from the big pier and we were able to go out on the beach at low tide to search for shells and whatnot. There are several nice places to eat within walking distance and even more that were just a short drive away. We checked in and never had to get back in the car until we checked out. There was a convenient store right next to us and we ate at the Salt Life Snack Shack next door. There was an indoor pool that I'm sure we would have used if we had spent more time there. The rooms were clean and included a mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer and premium movie channels in addition to a lot of regular channels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am already planning my next trip to St. Augustine and it will include the Regency Inn and Suites for sure.

The room was very clean. All the staff was very nice and polite. I loved the indoor pool. We had a great time for our summer family vacation and will definitely come stay again in the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

All the other reviews are pretty spot on. It's a decent, cheap place to stay that's away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the historic district. It's simple without many frills, but was a good enough place to stay and put your head down for the night. The room was clean, the bed way comfy, and the bathroom was large and nice.

Major plus is that it's walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants, AND directly across from the beach and pier

You can see the beach pier across the street from the parking lot! This was the only hotel I could find with good reviews that didn't cost a ton of money. I traveled with my family. Beds were firm, but everything was satisfactory, and I would definitely stay here again! Be aware of the VERY smelly elevator, which we did not use.

I travel a LOT for work and this is a great go to hotel for staying in St Augustine Beach. Janet at the front desk is fantastic! She always accommodates my special requests for specific rooms and check-in time constraints. It’s an easy walk across the street to the beach, and to a few good restaurants. The internet speed is good which is a big deal for me. Their prices are extremely reasonable even on the weekends. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Thanks Janet!

The rooms were nice and very clean... Especially for the price! 800 ft from the beach and pier 0 and within walking distance to most of the life around the beach and 10 minutes drive from all of downtown St Augustine and the lighthouse.

Right on A1A close to the beach. About 10 minutes from the Historic District. Close to restaurants and stores if needed. Check in was easy. Room is nice. Big king bed with soft comforters. Staff was super nice!!!

Very nice motel for the price. Very clean. This was my 3rd stay. Location is great! Across the street from the pier and beach with many restaurants within walking distance. Near Trolley and bus routes. Furniture upgraded since my last stay several years ago. Great budget, no frill motel.

The room was spacious and clean. The Regency Inn & Suites is located directly across the street from the beach Pier. The staff was friendly and professional. The indoor pool was a very warm temperature and a pleasure to use during this time when it's too cold to swim at the beach. It was very quiet and I felt safe on the property. We will stay here again when visiting the beach and recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.
