Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Property is beautiful. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Valet was great, always opened my door for me and was quick about getting our car when I used the app. Starbucks on site was a great bonus. Food at the restaurant was also great. There was no beach access during our stay because of the beach replenishment, which we understand had to be done. We were aware since the hotel had to posted to their website, when we booked and when you checked in at the front desk. Pool area was also amazing. We can’t wait to go back.

Overall it’s a solid hotel. We went to St Augustine for a quick spring break with my three kids. Plenty of young families like ours were at the hotel. The restaurant was surprisingly very delicious. That was the best pork chop I have had in my life. Breakfast can be a little chaotic because it’s free, but they had several workers working it and making sure it ran smoothly. Also, the breakfast was good with a made to order omelet by a cook. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff was fantastic. The outdoor grounds was nice too with plenty of outdoor fire pits and seating options. The valet was super quick and they ran it very smoothly. The rooms are very spacious and the shower had awesome water pressure. One issue I had, and it’s common in Hilton hotels, is the bed and pillows are terrible. Rock hard and the pillows have no support. Overall a very good hotel.

The rooms were nice and the location was great! The valet staff was polite and so friendly. Ben in valet (the one with reddish hair and he clearly surfs) had great recommendations for things to do and my kids loved him! He was always friendly and helpful. We usually stay downtown and were pleasantly surprised with our first stay out at the beach.

Everything about the embassy suites by Hilton oceanfront st Augustine is perfect. View of the beach, amazing pool, outside comfortable, very large sitting area. Free good breakfast, including made to order. I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay. Separate bedroom with sitting area. I loved this resort!

Check in was a BREEZE, even though the hotel was 100% sold out. Valet team was super friendly - Front Desk folks were very knowledgeable and nice - and made everything so smooth / seamless. The room (King bed, oceanfront) was spotlessly clean and very light/bright.

We had a fabulous dinner at the on-site restaurant, Harvest & Reel. Our servers, Max & Angelina, were just amazing! So kind, so professional. The food was PERFECT!! The Turkey B.L.T. Sandwich was HUGE and we were able to take half of it back to the room for a midnight snack! Shrimp cocktail was fresh and the cocktail sauce had a ton of flavor. The dinner was truly perfect!

Breakfast was very good, also. We were there at 7AM when the buffet opened and were glad that we were as the restaurant was quite busy, BUT - the morning team was very good and kept things moving. The gentleman that was in charge of the omelette station ran it like an aircraft carrier on a mission! Just amazing! He really made us smile. Coffee is excellent but there is also a Starbucks in the lobby if that is your preference.

Silly side note - but the gift shop in this hotel has to be one of the best hotel gift shops, EVER! They have a fun variety of clothes, sundries, jewelry, hats, shoes - just a lot of great things and prices are very reasonable, considering that you are on the beach in St. Augustine.

We are returning again, for another visit in May and I am very much looking forward to it!

Absolutely amazing hotel, with incredible service! Trevor helped us check in and he was so helpful and patient. He did everything he could to ensure we had the best Honeymoon possible! The views from the hotel, the pool, and the breakfast were all amazing. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everyone was was friendly, polite and helpful. Tory and Katie went out of there way to give us suggestions of where to go in the area. Sharon was great at the front desk. The omlets Atticus made were a breakfast highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location on the beach. My wife would eat a free breakfast and start the day with a nice walk on the beach. I thought the valet parking would be a pain but they have a very good group that kept things organized, really hustled and were very polite. Never waited more than a few minutes for our vehicle. All the staff were polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great place for a winter vacation. The weather in St. Augustine is mild even in Dec. The hotel sits just south of the State Park and the beach is wide in that area and very walkable. The breakfast is a combo of Buffett and made to order omelets and eggs. In the evening is a Happy Hour daily. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.
There were activities through the weekend for the kids, including Santa. In addition, there were fire pits all around the garden area to stay warm. It was delightful.

This was a really nice hotel to stay on. They are doing work on adding something behind the pool in front of the beach, but you still have access to the beach. The breakfast is always very delicious and the rooms are immaculate. It is always a pleasure to stay at Emassy Suites!

Everyone here was very helpful. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options, you don’t want to miss it. The view is great from the pool area and you can access the beach. If you are staying here I’d recommend getting a room with a view of the ocean and you can watch the sunrise without leaving the room.

Great experience overall! Wish the pool would be warmer. The pool needs to be heated to a higher temperature for New Years. The hot tub was a good temperature but you couldn’t really tell that the main pool was heated.

The rooms, lobby, and all areas kept top notch clean. The beach is not behind the hotel, however a beach is directly next to the lot.
Breakfast was absolutely ammmaazing. Omelets made to order and a buffet of breakfast foods that would satisfy anybody.
Unexpected charges were valet parking at 35 dollars per evening and resort cost of 25 dollars per day.

Josh and Morgan at the Rhum bar are amazing!! Not only is it Christmas Eve but they were very charismatic and helpful and entertaining the entire time!! The last word cocktail was amazing and they make an authentic whiskey sour with actual egg whites with such authenticity. Hotel is nice but would come back to see the these two again, Josh and Morgan. Amazing bartenders and so hospitable.

Our first time here. It was easy to check in as vallet parks your vehicle and brings in your luggage. There is a Starbucks right when you enter the hotel, yay. Beautiful views of the ocean. Restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel. The room was super quiet. I didn't hear anything. I will definitely be back. Thanks. Ken 😎

The rooms need a little TLC. But, overall a great stay. The staff there work really hard to make your stay enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectaion. Upon arrival, instantly greeted and welcome by Valet. The Hotel lobby is beautiful. The check in process was flawless and quick. Our room was clean, had all the essentials and spacious. The evening reception was great and the drinks tasted great. The breakfast was amazing with alot of options to include cook to order. The staff overall at the hotel was pleasant, every single person everytime. The hotel is in a great location and their are restaurants within walking distance. The historic st augustine district is only about 10 min away. The pool area is beautiful which also boasts a Jacuzzi and a bar. For starbucks lovers there is one located inside the hotel :-). I would definately recommend this hotel and I will be returning in the near future!!

This is probably the nicest Hilton hotel I've been to in Florida. Great location, great beach view/city views. I plan on coming back again very soon. The room was immaculate. Bed was cozy. Ac worked great. Elevators are quick. Only downside is parking. There is no self parking. You have to pay valet. The bright side valet is quick the fee covers the full day. Pretty nice for the rainy days being that it rains in Florida almost everyday. This hotel is definitely worth the 5 star rating.

Other notes:
They have Starbucks.
They have a full bar and restaurant.
They have breakfast I am not a early bird so I missed the occasion.

This was a really nice resort. Breakfast was good, the ambiance and vibes were great, the room was great, location was great.

The only downside (which seems to be a theme in St. Augustine) is pretty costly valet parking every night. Also another common hotel feature is the 'resort fee', even if you don't use the benefits that come with it.

Overall though, I had a great time here, and would stay again.

This is one of the nicest Hilton properties you will ever stay at. Great location beautiful rooms and fantastic service. Only drawback is the pool closes at dark. If your in St Augustine stay here!!
